I liked the hospitality of all the saff. Their true friendliness, and willingness to assist us in every possible way, so that we, the guests, could really feel that we were welcomed to their place (the Riad). When you leave the Riad Letchina, you have the feeling that you have gained new friends that would more than gladly receive you again, should you decide one day to visit Fez again in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful Riad within the ancient walls of Fes, convenient to the important sites and the souks, but away from the bustling heart of the Medina. Delicious breakfast (and dinner too), beautiful rooms and terrace, and exceptional staff, highly attentive to our questions and needs. Staff can help you plan transport and excursions. They made our visit to Fes forever memorable! Thank you!

The Riad was located on a quiet street. There was a five minute walk to the more active parts of the medina. The Riad was beautiful and very peaceful. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a roof top deck and other spaces to hang out in if you wanted to get out of your room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager arranged several last minute tours for us, which made our time in the city much more interesting. It was super convenient to eat dinner at the Riad Letchina and the food was pretty good. They have a laundry service for those needing to wash clothes. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

If you have difficulty walking up and down stairs, this Riad might not be right for you.

This is our second stay at Riad Letchina. We really like the interior, the lovely terrace and the amazing staff. The location is also very convenient, at the edge of the Medina.

They can provide secure garage parking nearby for extra 4-5 Eur what is big bonus traveling by motorbike to Fes.

The riad looks just like the photos. It was comfortable and had good facilities. We were welcomed with Moroccan tea, and the breakfast was very good. Fatima and Rashid, who work there, were so nice, welcoming, and helpful!

There was mold in the first room we stayed in. The owner is friendly but seems focused on making extra money. He tried to push a 40-euro per person Medina guided tour, claiming we would definitely get lost and making it seem like things would be very difficult, yet he offered us a free map of the city and marked our Riad. He also tried to push a 100-euro trip to Chefchaouen when he learned we were going there next. Be cautious—these prices are 4-5 times higher than what you’d pay for tours online or a bus to Chefchaouen. Do your research first.

Very nice personel, helpful by find the safe, cheap parking very close, thanks! Very helpful idea, to paint the way to Riad Letchina on the walls from the market. Beautiful, good equipment Riad , authentic moroccan, many good ideas, f.e. moroccan black soap in the bath. Simply a little palace. Nice terasse. Special thanks for the guy, which organise for us parking , serve a rich breakfast, and was very helpful.

The Riad was beautiful , the best part was the sunrise from the rooftop . The staff were very helpful and friendly . Good breakfast and warm rooms with heating .

None about the Riad but we were late reaching the Riad from the Sahara dessert so the medina streets seemed a bit intimidating but had no probelms at all . When people approach just say LaSukran and smile .

We were very happy with our stay and was met at the train station by Said. Checkin was very simple and Rashid carried our luggage to our roof top apartment, 52 steps up. Riad is on a quiet street no vehicle/scooter traffic. Dinner was very delicious upon arrival at a fee. Courtyard area is very nice and relaxing. No restaurants close by so this meal hit the spot. We were warned beforehand to be on the lookout for fraudsters on the train here from Marrakech, we encountered one that we had to say no to his invitations to help us, they look and initially act like normal passengers. Said and Rashid were both up at 4 am our day of departure to provide us some coffee and ride to the airport.

Oh this was one of the most beautiful places we stayed at in Morocco. It was built in the 11th century!! The architecture is incredible, beautiful, magnificent. Having breakfast and dinner in the common area felt so luxurious, and at the same time, it felt like being cared for in a home. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took care of everything. They even gave us a driving tour of Fez on our last few hours of the trip. They set everything up for us, made sure our travel to the airport went seamlessly. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were incredible in their own right. One had large vast and detailed ceilings and a private common area (it seemed suited for a group or a family) the other room had a beautiful bathroom and felt like a private getaway. The common area has a pretty garden, an area behind two large arches for coffee, tea, and lounging. It was centrally located in Fez, so everything was walkable. You will definitely get lost in the winding streets and alleys of old Fez, and the staff were helpful navigating that. We felt safe, taken care of, comfortable, and we left wishing we had more time to spend here.
