My stay at Riad Zoraida was a wonderful experience. As a female solo traveller, I felt very welcome and taken care of from the moment of my arrival until my departure. Besides the tasteful and comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast, I particularly appreciated the kind and personable service by the staff, especially from Mustafa and Hosein.

The location to restaurants and shops was so convenient. It was easy to find our way to and from everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was large enough & very comfortable for my husband & I & 2 adult daughters. Plus in the extreme heat of July, the air conditioning worked perfectly!

We had the best best best stay. Felt like home. My sister and I are well depressed to be home as it was simply glorious from start to finish. Epic 10 days. Shout out to Ayub, Mustafa and Houssaine for making our stay so very special. Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Honestly, nothing.

The breakfast was delicious and served in the main area which is beautiful. The guys who worked there were so lovely and helpful too. We had the rooms on the balcony and loved it up there. It was such a peaceful stay there which was amazing to go back to after the bustle of the markets.

Everything was nice

Staff were really nice. The riad is a 5min walk from the parking( the riad is easy to find). There’s a jacuzzi on rooftop. Big room and big and nice bathroom. In the bathroom a lot of necessities like towels, flipflops, shower gels and more. Breakfast was tasty. Also for your interest the parking is 100mad or 10eur

I had a lovely stay at this quiet Riad which was only 8 minutes walk to the main square. The staff were lovely, particularly Mustapha and Hassan.

The Riad is within easy walking distance to everything in the Medina. The staff is excellent and will accommodate all your needs. The breakfast is enjoyable in the courtyard by the pool.

The location is not accessible by car, 6 minutes walk, flat.

Friendly staff Greet us with a tea, explained to us what to visit, and gave us a room upgrade . Breakfast is good, fresh cooked, good variety. As we need leave at 7am, they prepared a carry-on bag of fruits the second day.

Riad Zoraida is very well decorated, maintained and furnished to create a relaxing and traditional ambience. The owners and staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and they are on-hand to help with any questions/information required. Me and my friend loved our stay at the Riad! Our bag got stolen on the way to the hotel and the staff was extremely supportive and helpful with contacting the embassy for the lost passport and reassuring us (particularly Mustafa and Youssef were so welcoming and nice, along with the manager of the Riad). We were also offered breakfast, which was delicious! The place is breathtaking and has amazing energy. We highly recommend staying at the Riad, just with some care for the area around at night (old city)

Riad Zoraida was a lovely experience! It is located at the Medina, a 10 min (máx) walk from the Bahia Palace. The Riad is beautiful; at the entrance there is a lovely small pool, but very refreshing after a whole day of strolling around the Medina. At the terrace we had a jacuzzi and sunbeds – again, after a day of walking this is wonderful, especially late in the afternoon. The staff was very nice, and we were welcomed always with a smile. Mustafa and Hussein were lovely and very helpful in arranging for transfers, guides and with information about Marrakech culture; and Fatima cooked us a wonderful Moroccan dinner. The room was perfect, beds very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful, with traditional green Moroccan tiles. The scent in the rooms was lovey, orange blossom, very relaxing. I must say it was a very good experience, and we surely will come back.

The two stairs leading from the rear of two single beds to the front part of the Suite would be dangerous at night and may cause a fall if we proceed to the washroom at dark. l think some lighting on the stairs may improve the risk. l would like a curtain at the bathtub.

The bathroom doesn’t have a window so it can get a bit stuffy, however the windows in the room are safe to stay open so you can leave them open when you leave for the day.

The staff was amazing, from check in to check out, including the masseuse. This place is so peaceful and beautiful, it was a dream! I would recommend the hammam and massage experience here as it’s private.

Lovely Riad in a great location, no street noise, and a wonderful rooftop jacuzzi and view. The room was a generous size and a comfortable bed.

The terrace area was smaller than expected. The jacuzzi was too hot to want to use.

Staff were helpful and friendly. A real sense of welcoming and inviting you to feel at home. The pool Was lovely.
