We found more often than not that the pool wasn’t the cleanest but with it being a pool roof it’s hard to keep super clean but really a minor thing!

Beautiful property, great location easy to get out of the medina. The property really clean, smelt amazing to the point where I even bought the same oil back with me! The rooms were beautiful too! The staff were amazing and super helpful! Shoutout to the gentleman that worked the night shift he’s amazing!

Riad Louhou was a tranquil and beautiful place to stay in the medina. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast each morning. We also appreciated the anniversary present they gave us and the effort they put into making our stay so enjoyable. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Marrakech.

Due to our room on the small side it was a bit tricky fitting are cases, but we managed.

The location - nestled in a quiet streets, but still with access to the tombs and the big square (tinsmiths) The rooftop - is lovely and having the pool is much needed when temperatures were high! And there is a lot of privacy too The room - air-conditioned, always clean. The staff - I can’t remember everyone’s name bar Azrin/Aztin (probably spelt wrong, but thank you for the cigarette talks) all very lovely and a lovely introduction to Moroccan people culture.

The bed was a little uncomfortable

The Riad is beautiful, very nicely decorated and well kept. The location was excellent, a short walk to the center of all of the activity and the souks yet far enough away so that it was quiet and peaceful when you returned back to your room. The pool was a nice place to take a break from all the action. The staff was very kind and the breakfast every morning was great too. I would stay here again.

This is what holidays are all about. In European hotels, service is increasingly being omitted under the guise of environmental considerations, which detracts from the experience. Every day, the room was tidied up, cleaned and fresh towels were hung up. It was wonderful to come home after a hectic day in the Medina or the surroundings of Marrakech. Breakfast was actually from 8:30 a.m., but due to early excursions, I usually arrived at the cosy breakfast room around 8:00 a.m. However, this was no problem and the delicious fresh breads, pancakes, fillings and hot coffee were ready and waiting. The location is also great; you can walk to the heart of the Medina in 20 minutes, and I didn't use a taxi the entire week (only to the airport). There is also a great rooftop bar around the corner (Shams, with delicious food). The pool and roof terrace of the Riad are also wonderful and an oasis of peace. A truly fantastic stay, and I would book here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful week.

A small fridge in the room would be lovely to keep drinks cool!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and throughout the duration of our stay. The property was very clean and everyday our room would be refreshed and cleaned with fresh towels and water bottles! The location was brilliant as we were near the centre and we were able to walk to and from most places that we wanted to visit. It was also my husband’s birthday and the staff put up balloons in the room before we arrived which was a lovely extra touch.

Honestly it was a great place to stay! They only had one shower gel (not shampoo or conditioner) but honestly that wasn’t a big problem as we had brought our own anyway.

The staff were amazing. We had to check out early and they made us a little breakfast to take with us which was very kind. The breakfasts in the morning were superb and nothing was too much trouble for them. They messaged to find out when we arrived and helped us locate the property.

Nothing, I would highly recommend this Raid.

A really quaint small Raid on a quiet street, not far from the main Medina. A really warm welcome from the staff. The room was well presented and quiet. Plentiful and well served up breakfast, a variety of fruit, juice, eggs how you like, bread basket and pastries every morning. A terrace with small pool was a real treat to relax after the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything within walking distance and ideal stay for two or three days to explore Marrakesh.

Very good location and comfortable rooms. However, the room at level zero did not guarantee privacy. There was only a glass wall separating the kitchen, reception and corridor, through which everything could be heard.
