Open shower/bathroom, if sharing make sure you are super comfortable with the person, because all is revealed! 😂 Water from the shower went all over the place at times.

Great location. Clean place as well as surrounding areas. People in Marrakech seem to love to keep their vicinity clean. Beautiful dinner on the first night, great value for money. Soumia and Younes looked after us very well. And the cleaning lady was lovely too. Had a nice hammam and massage in the place. Need to come back to this place when I return to Marrakech! I had reservations but after a few hours managing the minus points in town, loved every moment.

Amazing riad with a great Moroccan specific design. Amazing terrace and rooftop to eat breakfast. Staff friendly, polite and went all over the way to make us feel welcome, comfortable and ensure our well-being and relaxation (especially the guy at the reception). Breakfast was a bit short compared to the pictures (many types of bread and quite superficial/ small extras).

Having a larger #17 on the front door would have helped us find it more easily the first night when we were unfamiliar with what we were looking for. For my wife and elevator would have helped but we dealth with it.

It was a cozy little hotel, but looked bigger due to the lovely light well in the middle of it. The breakfast room on the top floor was comfortable and open to the air.

We had a great stay at Riad 17-M in Marrakech. The location felt safe, with the Medina within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and communication with Soumia was warm and heartfelt. The breakfasts and the dinner were tasty, the Riad was spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated the beautiful design and atmosphere. The hammam and massage services at the riad were also excellent and added to our relaxing experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Marrakech!

Nothing at all, everything was perfect

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful riad and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities were top-notch, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The building itself was stunning, showcasing traditional architecture with modern touches that enhanced the overall experience. One of the standout features of this riad is its ideal location. Situated close to the medina, it offered easy access to the vibrant heart of the city while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. This perfect balance made it an excellent base for exploring the local culture and attractions. Soumia and safia were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or provide valuable local insights. Their hospitality truly made a difference, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this riad for anyone looking to experience the best of the city with the comfort of excellent facilities, a beautiful setting, and exceptional service.

    No complaints

Really lovely newly renovated riad, just a short walk away from the main square (to the left) and lovely restaurants (to the right - go to Munissa!) And rooftop restaurants too. It's far away enough from the chaos but close enough to walk to everything. The staff are super lovely and friendly and the room was lovely. The shared areas including the rooftop were great to chill out in. Breakfast area was also beautiful. Our shower had beautiful tiles. Mattresses are very firm (which suited us). Would recommend twin room if available. Would highly recommend this riad overall. The staff also packed us some cake for breakfast as we left at 7am (nothing was open for them to provide anything more)

Slightly further out than other Riads from the medina. Would be good to have some healthier breakfast options (eg eggs) and our check in took a while - we didn’t get into our room until 4pm and when we arrived at 2:30pm people were still in our room

Very clean and modern facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and was able to do laundry.

Lack of drinking water provided - it would’ve been nice to have had bottled water provided every day given the tap water isn’t drinkable. Also bear in mind you have to pay the city tax by cash rather than card

We had a wonderful stay. Modern, clean, beautiful aesthetics - incredibly helpful staff, wonderful breakfast! We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop as much as it rained during our stay but that also looked lovely!

Everything was great and staff so friendly.

Thank you to everyone at the Riad who helped make this such a wonderful holiday. As an artist Marrakesh has always been on my list of places to see and our holiday was made so special by staying here. The Riad is close to cultural sights and fifteen minutes to the Souks and Jamaa el-Fnaa. We opted for the dinner when we arrived which was lovely and apart from the delicious breakfast each day ate out. The Riad only opened in October 23 and with beautiful interiors. Beds were very comfortable and the staff so helpful. I would definitely recommend arranging the airport transfer both ways.

    Nothing

Everything in this riad is fabulous. It is beautifully decorated, instagramable in every angle. It is so cozy and clean. Easy to find and walking distance to tourist spots. They also have spa for massage. But what i like the most are the people working there. They go far beyond to meet my needs. Safia welcomes me with great smile, Soumia served me a delicious chicken tagine for early dinner as i was starving when i arrived and she taught me how to haggle for taxi fare. Youness even brought me a pair of new socks from his house when i said my feet are cold. They are so accommodating that made me feel like i'm home. Highly reccommended.

Cute Riad, a stone-throw away from the Medina, easily accessible on foot

The Riad was recently renovated, yet visibly lacking some amenities (practically non-existent closet, just a hole in the wall). The bathroom was unfortunately our biggest issue with a leaking faucet, (very) smelly sewer pipes and practically no door. Also, hot water is shared across the Riad so you better hope your neighbors leave some for you at night...

Nice Riad with good breakfast, ran by some very polite and helpful staff. Although hidden in a dodgy street, it is centrally located and within walking distance of the Medina and the main sites, making it very convenient to tour the city with no effort. Getting a petit taxi on the main street is also very easy.

The water in the bath was cold and I couldn't get it to heat up, but the water in the sinks was fine.

The riad is beautifully designed and there was great care taken in the details - for example, they have a signature scented oil burning (orange blossom and cinnamon) that immediately relaxes you as soon as you walk in. The staff were all so lovely too - especially Ayman and Mohammed. Super helpful and friendly! Also, delicious and incredibly generous serving of breakfast (see picture below - this was for one person!)

We had a very hard bed which was at the beginning quite uncomfortable. We also found 2 bugs in one day in our room, moreover on our second day the bathroom from the upstairs started leaking. When I needed hairdryer it also was not available. The riad could be better maintained. All other amenities were quite expensive compared to local agencies.

Nicely renovated and designed riad in a good location.
