The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. I was very well taken care of. A special shout out to Chaima who made sure my stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. All in all I couldn’t have made a better choice of accommodation in Marrakech all thanks to the staff at the reception, bar and restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone for a great holiday in Marrakech.

Breakfast could have had cereal as an option, which we mentioned and they were looking into adding to the menu. Possibly more seasonql fruit options as only orange was on the buffet table

The new part of the hotel was really nice and clean. The restaurant had amazing food and entertainment was amazing. Khadija the breakfast manager was very welcoming with a great smile and very attentive. Checking our food was satisfactory and always came over to top up our drinks.

Not all rooms wheelchair accessible i.e. partially reachable via stairs. Internet WiFi did not work for the first couple of days due to a fault, but after complaining several times it was repaired and then later worked reliably with good connectivity. Room/toilet doors need repairs as they are not lockable. Surprisingly the toilet seats don't have inbuilt bidet, very disappointing.

Excellent location, Friendly welcoming staff (especially thankful to Shaima who got our room prepared for early check-in). Air conditioning worked nice and reliable.

Our particular room was a big let down. It did not have any of the fancy decorations like what they have in the pictures. It was small and the toilets were not very clean.

Best location if you are looking for a place to stay in Madine. Its located right at Jamaa el Fnaa. Very friendly staff. Helpful in every way. Chaima and Nouhaila try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The noise continued until the early hours, accepted this is a main shopping area but the revving of motorbikes and loud shouting is a bit much. Ask for a room away from the main street if you have trouble sleeping

Perfect situation for the main square, jemaa el fnaa. Also minutes walk away from the main bus terminals and taxis. The Medina is very close and the riad is situated on a busy street full of shops and cafe/restaurants.

Hot water was an issue one day. Breakfast Host was not so friendly and she wasn't able to assist with what we wanted.

The location was perfect very close to the Medina. Lovely Riad with great service and food and restaurant. Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Marrakech!!
