We had a very positive experience at this riad, it's truly wonderful and, above all, authentic! We felt warmly welcomed during our first days in Marrakech. The breakfast is delicious and served on the terrace.

Everything. The location was perfect for exploring, almost every interesting spots are within walking distance (Medina, souks). The room was clean and comfortable with working air-condition, especially during summer. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. But the best thing is the host, Annas. He is the most attentive and kindest host I’ve ever met. We are very thankful for the hospitality.

It can be a bit tricky to find the Riad, but this is a normal thing if you are staying in the Medina/Old Town. Still, I recommend you take a look at the location and see if it fits your travel plans.

Anas the one who welcome us was hospital and accommodating he even explained regarding navigation of tourist spots and suggested good places and restaurants. The room is clean everyday with towels daily. Breakfast is amazing and the riad smells splendid even just from entering the riad.

Very cute and cozy riad. With a nice rooftop terrace. Very good location. Easy to reach many attractions within walking distance. Strong wifi, very clean linen, powerful aircon (outside was 45'C) Very nice breakfast. What I liked most was, their amazing hospitality. The host Anass treated us like family guests. He picked/sent us up from/to the main.street. and shared tips with details. It was very welcoming and warm. I felt very lucky that I stayed at the Riad Marrakech Peace and thanks to Anass & Family for taking care of us.

The Riad is very well located in the center of Marrakech, about a 15-minute walk for Jemaa el-Fna Square and close to all the main points of interest. The rooms are nice, with a traditional Moroccan Riad design, and the breakfast is an abundant Moroccan breakfast. The place itself is very good, but what makes it even better is the host, Anaïs. From the moment I arrived, he was always ready to help and support me with everything I needed. He first explained how to reach all the main attractions and recommended several activities and restaurants where I could try local dishes. Whenever I needed anything, he was there to help. Staying here didn’t feel like just booking a place to sleep,it felt more like an experience of real Moroccan hospitality.

The rooms were quite dark (on the ground floor anyway) and could get rather damp and smelly - but we didn’t see this as much of an issue

Beautiful Riad about 10 minutes walk from the main square, lovely authentic oasis which is surprisingly quiet inside! Great for people hoping to stay close to the hustle and bustle of the locals of the Medina. As other reviews have mentioned, you step out of the Riad into the alleyways of Marrakesh (similar to most Riads) but Anas was very helpful in showing us in and out so we didn’t get lost, we felt very safe once we got used to it. We absolutely loved Anas cooking breakfast for us every morning, the highlight of our day!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great experience at Riad Marrakesh Peace. The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the main attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot. The place is very clean and well-kept, but what truly makes it special is the host. Anas was exceptionally helpful, kind, and welcoming — he made us feel right at home. Also they can book airport transfer for you, which was very comfortable option. Would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

Incredible experience. Unike anything we have stayed at before. The owner's son went beyond all expectationa such as sorting out our mobile phones with local sime, going out to buy an extra suitcase for us as we had bought many souvenirs.

Nice and quiet traditional riad with beautiful design, my partner and I had a good time here every day after the hustle and bustle outside. A bit difficult to find the riad at first time, but once you figure out the location it's not a big deal. The host was amazingly friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of tips for our trip. Highly recommend.

It’s a beautifully designed riad with very lovely touches throughout. The location is perfect - very close to everything, yet super quiet and relaxing (the name “peace” is very fitting!). Amos was the nicest host, he gave us amazing recommendations - we did everything he recommended and had a great time everywhere. Also breakfast was sooo delicious, and with something different everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The location isn’t great if I’m being honest. The narrow streets to get from the busier square where you are dropped off, to the Riad itself was dark and dirty. Had to pass a litter of dying kittens and on the third day one had passed away. Very distressing. The stench was overwhelming at times in the alleyways to get to the Riad, resulting in severe gagging on one day and almost throwing up, so take something menthol to put under your nose. There is absolutely nothing not to like about the Riad itself once you get there and I feel sorry about raising the issue of the alleys but it ruined my experience sadly,

Loved the smell of the Riad, as soon as we walked in to the property there was a beautiful moroccan Oud Bakhoor scent. Lovely terrace where breakfast was served, and a higher roof terrace accessed by a very steep metal staircase where you can watch the sun rise and set. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The star of the show though is the manager/owner who really saved the day. Nothing was too much trouble and so very gracious and knowledgeable. Everything from organising a late night snack when we arrived, to coffee at 6am, and directions to the nicest places to eat. Anas (manager) also arranged a massage at a local spa for my friend and took the time to personally show take her so we didn’t get lost.

We had a great stay at Riad Marrakesh Peace! Even though we arrived early, Anas helped us leaving our suitcases there so we can explore the city. The Riad is small and beautiful, in a calm neighbourhood but everything in the medina is easily accessible! Rooms were nice and clean and there are two terraces. Would definitely recommend!
