Nothing - it was all great!

Our host Isham was so kind and helpful - a wonderful man! He made sure we had everything we needed. The Riad itself is beautiful, immaculately restored and very tastefully decorated. Also importantly nice and cool on the ground floor, with a refreshing pool to dip your feet in. The rooftop area is a gorgeous place to hang out in the evening. The breakfast was just perfect: a delicious range of local foods, freshly prepared and plenty to eat.

Being really picky, our room was quite small. But it was ok for one night. I would stay again a hundred times over. The staff were so helpful.

It would have been a lot simpler to have been given the option to prepay for our accommodation as we did with other riads we stayed in in Morocco.

Everything was perfect!

We spend two nights at Riad Matham and we could have easily stayed longer. The property is gorgeous, well cared for, and so peaceful. The manager, Hicham made our stay so special. We had a car pick up and he came to meet us to take us once we reached the medina to the riad. He even carried our luggage which was so kind and above and beyond. He does a very fantastic job making sure we know our way in the neighborhood so we feel safe and confident navigating our way. Also he recommended fantastic museums in the neighborhood, which were the highlight of our visit. We opted to have dinner served at the riad the first night and it was wonderful. The ambiance is so romantic and the meal was delicious. Overall we felt so taken care of and pampered. We can't wait to return!! Thank you so much Hicham!!!

The property could not be faulted but would stay outside the old city for easier car access next time

Was an oasis in the middle of the Old City. When we arrived into the old city we felt shell shocked by the chaos but on arrival to the hotel the team made us welcome and helped us adjust perfectly. We enjoyed our stay because of the care and direction they gave us- well worth the stay in this perfect place

This was our favorite place to stay during our entire trip! The manager Hisham was very accommodating and helpful during our entire stay, from arranging transportation to tips on how to get around. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. The property is beautiful, from the courtyard with the chill turtles to the comfortable room and the quiet rooftop, which was a welcoming escape from the busy medina days. We are very pleased to have been hosted so well here!

Fantastic location, an oasis in the middle of the Medina. Everything was within walking distance. Great sized room and the roof terrace was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and we were well looked after by the helpful and attentive staff

The personal attention and care shown by the staff was next level. The breakfast was a wonderful experience every morning. The calm and peace when you open the door and step into Riad Matham is something to experience, especially taken into consideration that you are right in the bustling Medina. We booked some amazing experiences with the establishment. This is not just accommodation, it is a place of connection, reviving and a wonderful base from where you can experience Marrakech - restored and rested every morning!

The bathrooms could be updated

The manager Hisham was excellent! He was extremely professional and attentive making sure that our needs were met and that our stay was good. The gourmet level breakfast was delicious! Riad Matham served as an oasis in the middle of the beautifully chaotic Medina !

The Riad is a little confusing to get to if you are coming in later in the night. The area with all the souks closes, and you have to walk around. Having google maps really helped us navigate around the Medina

Riad Matham was fantastic. We woke up slightly after regular breakfast service one day and they happily provided it. I can't recall the name of the man who welcomed us, and checked us out but he is so attentive and amazing! Our few interactions with the rest of the staff was always warm. The riad is near a lot of the attractions in the medina. I recommend scheduling the transfer with the hotel. We ended up spending more on a taxi at the airport while having our worst interaction in Marrakesh with our taxi driver demanding a tip because he had to call the hotel to figure out the appropriate drop off point.

Everything was perfection!!!!!!

This is by far the best Riad I have ever stayed in and one of the best places EVER! The decor is simply stunning. Breakfast incredible and staff unbeatable!!! I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience. If they have availability DO NOT hesitate to book!!! From the recommendations, decor, hardworking staff, trips booked for us - EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! This place is truly a special experience and nothing is overlooked. Thank you for making everything so memorable!!!!!

We loved everything about Riad Matham!

Riad Matham had everything! The building was absolutely beautiful, clean, wonderful spaces to relax, and thoughtfully decorated, It provided a respite from the chaos of Marrakesh. Best of all was the staff! I cannot say enough about the property manager. He went above and beyond to assist us in setting up transfers, carrying bags, and providing touring information. He was always there to support us. We loved Riad Matham and cannot recommend it enough!
