Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyStaying at this Riad was one of the best experience we had in Morocco. Mind Simo was great host. He even went out of the way to fulfill our wishes to support in local shopping. He also arrange fruits for us when we were late and planning to skip dinner due to heavy rain. Facilities at Riad were great.

United KingdomExceptional service from Mohammed who was of the kindest nature and as helpful as you would like, discreet but never far away when needed. Breakfast on the terrace was a joy. The place is an oasis of peace and calm. Bedroom was large and spacious, perfectly clean and authenticly furnished. Bathroom large and perfectly functional. Location was just a short easy walk from the entrance to the medina and several decent restaurants. Thanks again for your kind hospitality Riad Meyssannes.

It was out first time in Marocco we had a great time at the riad Meyssane thanks to the warm presence of Simo who organized the tours for us and recommended what to see and to his wife who cooked for us Moroccan specialties , we had the best tajine of lamb and prunes and lemon chicken and they were so nice to write the recipes for us. We will be back, shukran!
