Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. The riad itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful details that created such an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, it was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do. And of course, the swimming pool was the cherry on top, the ideal place to cool down and unwind after exploring. We had the best host, Annas. He was incredibly welcoming and spoke many different languages, which made communication so easy and enjoyable. On top of that, he had an impressive knowledge of Moroccan history and culture, which he was always happy to share with us. Anas went above and beyond to help us plan our days in Marrakech, giving us all the right tips and recommendations to make the most out of our stay. Thanks to him, we discovered places and experiences we might have missed otherwise. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The air conditioning wasn’t super powerful so very hot night sleep. The safe in our room didnt work or lock however the Riad felt safe overall.

Very friendly staff. Hassan and the man who worked Saturday wearing white were super helpful and chatting. The breakfast was very delicious!

Pool filtration. The pool is refreshing, but keeping the filter running even when no one is swimming would keep the water clearer.

What I loved What could improve Responsive communication. Every message I sent was answered promptly, and Ayoub was consistently attentive and welcoming. Early check-in & phone response. If early check-in matters to you, confirm it in advance, and be sure staff have the phone close by at arrival time. Authentic, intimate riad. It’s a small, cozy property tucked inside the Medina’s lanes—perfect if you want a quiet, traditional feel. Central Medina location. About a 30-minute stroll to Jemaa el-Fna, so you’re close to the action but away from the noise. Limited frills. No TVs, modest-sized rooms, and few “luxury” extras—great for travelers who value charm over high-end amenities.

Nice small Riad, around 10 minute walk to the square El Jema. All the staff are very attentive, friendly and go out their way to help you. Whatever we ask for they helped with. A beautiful small raid with amazing service.

I had a fantastic experience at this riad! Perfectly located in the medina, it’s just a short walk from the main square, ideal for exploring Marrakech. The staff were truly outstanding, special thanks to Tarek, Mohammed, Noumane, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They even arranged an incredible excursion for me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic experience in the city!

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised!!!! We booked a 28m² room based on the photos and description provided, but what we received was a much smaller room with a tiny window and a persistent damp smell. It was immediately clear that the accommodation did not match what we were promised. The surrounding area of the riad also felt unsafe, with groups of young men loitering nearby and attempting to scam nearly every tourist stepping out of the building. This made it very uncomfortable to come and go. Overall, this stay was a major letdown. Between the misleading room description, the poor condition of the room, and the concerning environment outside, I would not recommend this riad and will certainly never return. There are much better options available that are honest about what they offer.

Then staff were extremely hospitable and helpful - they went above and beyond. The roof terrace was perfect for relaxing. The location was very central and easy walking distance to all the main attractions. It meant we were in the centre of the city so could experience the culture of Marrakesh. 10/10 would recommend.

The pool needed a bit of a clean to be enjoyed properly. We had a Hammam through their associated Hotel Spa (Riad Moulaty Laila Kadhija) and while they locked us in the Hammam (which we thought was odd), we had money stolen from our belongings by the spa staff. While we had a discount on the treatment, this didn’t account for the money stolen. Would recommend a spa treatment elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay at the Riad- rooms and rooftop was nice. The staff were lovely- especially Hassan.
