Would have been good to have a small fridge in the room and filter water available to refill when needed, as only 1 bottle given a day. A water tank or tap would be great given how hot it is in Marrakech in summer. Marrakech was also a lot more expensive than we were expecting

Beautiful Riad, well located in the Medina. Extremely clean and modern. Staff are amazing and so lovely. The guys in the rooftop bar had a great afternoon with us dancing to music by the pool. Breakfast is big and very tasty too. Felt very safe and secure and lots of cute kittens around outside!

We booked some room decoration due to our honeymoon, but that felt a bit overpriced for a few balloons and flowers.

Riad with a beautiful Interior, great location and easy to find with Google Maps. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay an amazing experience. Breakfast menu changed daily and was really tasty. All in all one of the best stays we have ever had!

The Riad is situated very close to the souks and other great tourist attractions. We found it particularly efficient as it made exploring much more enjoyable, as we were able to immerse ourselves within the traditional medina whilst also being able to walk or take a quick taxi to other, more modern parts of the city. Furthermore, the staff were beyond incredible. It was my husband and I’s first time within a riad, so we were not familiar with the customs and values of Moroccan hospitality. However, the staff were attune to our needs, accommodating and always attentive 24/7 - this is not a hyperbole either, as requests made late/ early within the day were fulfilled with enthusiasm and care. It definitely felt like being part of a family, we want to especially shout out Mustafa, Jamal and Abderahem, who were so helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Similarly, the site staff were so punctual with making sure our room was tidied every day at our convenience; it was great to always come back to freshly swept floors, a made bed and fresh towels daily. We also gave them a lot of washing towards the end of our trip - this was completed in the evening on the same day. The cooks are exceptional, as they came in at 5am everyday to prepare delicious breakfast for us. We are so grateful that our first time in a Riad has been so incredible, and we will definitely be back just because of the bond we feel towards the staff and the area. Mash and Galib

I loved everything about this Riad. It's very clean, modern, and the staff are wonderful. The location is also great not in the middle of the old town so you can easily access the main road. If you want to experience a Moroccan Hammam, I would also recommend doing it there as it was very clean (thank you Fadwa). A big thank you to all the staff that were very welcoming during our stay there (especially Khaled).

Would love a mattress topper option for customers who want more of a soft memory foam like bed, because beds are quite hard and am used to my mattress at home so would deffo recommend you to get comfier mattress’s just found getting to sleep abit uncomfortable

Finding the Riad was difficult, we were informed a member of staff would meet us which didn’t happen so when you have no internet it was a struggle to find the Riad. A fridge in the room would have been an added bonus.

We had a lovely stay at the Riad. Everything was clean, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The attention to detail was spot on.

Very difficult to find. Lots of men in alleyway waiting to take you to the road to bombard you for a tip for their “service” kind of scary

The rooms do not have a fridge. In 45 degree heat, we would have loved to have some cold water in our rooms

This is a lovely hotel/riad. Such beautiful interior and exceptionally clean. The staff are very helpful. Lovely choice of breakfast and fantastic location. There are 2 parts to the villa, we were in the second and we did have some difficulty getting hold of someone at reception when needed.

The Riad is beautiful and was spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The breakfast was also lovely, I would highly recommend having this on the rooftop terrace! A special mention to Jamal, Siad and Mustafa for being so welcoming, informative and helpful throughout our stay.

I loved everything. I didn't like that I didn't stay there longer. So I have to go back now.

I completely fell in love with the structure and decoration of Riad Nyla. We were also very well received by the receptionist the night we arrived, he helped us find a parking spot and took all our bags to the Riad. He gave us all the information, even though it was no longer his working hours. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. We had lunch there too, and I highly recommend it, the food is delicious. All the staff were super attentive. The Riad is located right in the center of Marrakech, very well located. Super close to El Bacha café. Riad 10/10. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff and the people were fantastic. So kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Overall it was a lovely Riad and exceeded our already high expectations. I would 100% stay there again and only there when travelling to Marrakech!
