Stay here and feel like a royal family! The level of care, compassion, assistance, and service was beyond exemplary. The Riad is an oasis, a paradise that caters to your every need. It is GORGEOUS. Quiet. Calm. Smells beautiful. Spa-level bath products. Lucious linens and towels. And a lovely private breakfast served just for us, with made to order eggs, every single day at whatever time we wanted. Our teen ordered fruit salads that came like art on a plate each day. I am beyond words and truly grateful. Thank you!

The only tip is that it can be a little noisy at night/early morning due to nature of the building, so bring ear plugs! :)

Riad O'Zeen is the only place to stay in Marrakech! Located down an unassuming street, it is an oasis of calm and serenity and the perfect place to unwind after the busy streets of the city. The rooms were all spotless, smelled like roses and the breakfast was delicious and filling. We ate at the Riad one night and the beef tagine was the best we had during our whole stay. Hamid and the team can't do enough for you and are extremely kind and helpful. We are already looking forward to our return trip!

We had a fantastic experience at Riad O’Zeen - a super beautiful and relaxing space. The riad has a lovely host, Hamid, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast every day was served on the sunny upstairs patio and was delicious, and we enjoyed unwinding in the riad in the late afternoon before heading back out for dinner each night. The perfect place for a long weekend.

The only thing I can think of is the fact that the Riad is difficult to find if you go on your own. You have to go through a sort of tunnel/narrow street. They could put on some signs to solve this problem.

The Riad was lovely, very charming and peaceful, and the staff were super nice. I'm a vegan and they always made sure I had plant-based options, including the delicious breakfast, which is a delightful surprise. Overall, I really recommend the accommodation and would definitely repeat the experience.

Our stay at this Riad was simply unforgettable. Nestled like an oasis in the heart of Marrakech’s old town, it offered a serene escape from the bustling streets. The mornings were pure magic, waking up to the soothing chants of birds and indulging in a delicious breakfast. The true gem, however, was the staff—especially Hamid, who went above and beyond, taking care of us 24/7 with the smallest details. His kindness and dedication made us feel truly at home. If you’re looking for an authentic and peaceful retreat, this place is a must. Highly recommended!

It is a beautiful Riad which has just opened. It is in a quiet location but walking distance to the main square. The sheets and towels luxurious.

Riad O’Zeen is an absolute gem in the heart of Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and warmth of the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms are absolutely stunning, blending traditional Moroccan charm with modern comfort—each detail feels carefully curated to provide a luxurious yet authentic experience. The service here is second to none. Abdulhamid and Saliha deserve special mention for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, anticipating our every need with grace and efficiency. Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The drivers arranged by the riad were equally professional, making our excursions seamless and stress-free. Whether it’s your first visit to Marrakech or your tenth, I cannot recommend Riad O’Zeen highly enough. It’s more than a place to stay—it’s an experience, and one I would recommend 100% to anyone. We’ll certainly be returning!

We got off to a bad start with no one to collect us at airport. I didn’t have my WiFi on and that was apparently the problem, but when my daughter tried calling them, there was no reply. Had to arrange other transport into centre and then the host, Hamid, was very cross with us! He calmed down but the damage was done I’m afraid. Also, the rhiad is a long walk into the centre and it’s a very manic walk with all the motorcycles which are there. On reflection, we’d either stay right in the centre or out of the medina. We stayed for four nights and weren’t offered clean towels or bedding. Wasn’t a huge problem, but dry towels would have been nice. There was no door on the en-suite, just a net curtain - worth knowing before you go! After the initial bad start, Hamid was helpful with us.

Breakfast was ok but would have been nice to have had an option. Same every day wasn’t great, but was pleasant enough. No offers of top ups of drinks though. We were quite disappointed. The rooms were clean but small.

They overbooked and did not have a triple room for us when we arrived at 11:30 at night even though we had a confirmation from them that we were arriving late that evening and had the confirmation for a triple room. Hamid attempted to find a place for us to stay the night. We were taken to two different apartments- the first was very dirty with soiled linens and debris on the floor. Hamid then found a nice apartment for us that was clean where we could sleep. By then it was 2:00 AM. He sent a taxis for us the next morning and we completed our stay at the riad. As we were leaving the owner phoned to say we had to pay approximately 22 euros in taxes before we left or she would let booking know that we displayed “bad behavior”. My receipt which clearly indicated that the taxes had been paid was sent to her but she insisted they were due. I have copies of all paperwork which clearly have the final price including all taxes. I felt this was an insult especially considering all the troubles we already had with the booking. They kept blaming Booking .com for the mistake. Whatever, the mistake was clearly not ours.

The staff especially Hamid was wonderful and very helpful. He went out of his way to try and make us comfortable.
