Loved the Riad, the staff was very friendly. The stay started with a tea and a quick presentation of the city and objectives and how to get there. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Will come again for sure.

I loved everything about my stay and this place! The riad is beautiful, and all the facilities are in perfect condition. My room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious — and please try their dinner too, you’re in for a treat. (They had no problem accommodating my food allergies.) The location was excellent: in a quieter part of the medina but still within easy walking distance of the main sights. It felt calm without being out of the way. Most importantly, it’s Manu and his team — Haytam and Mehdi — who made the experience special. They are attentive, super helpful, and simply very kind and friendly. Thank you again — I hope to be back!

Taxis are unable to deliver you right to the door so when you first arrive it was a struggle to find the entrance. It is a good 10-15 mi ute walk into the centre of the Medina Be aware that you do need to go up and down stairways

RiadO staff were excellent. From when we first arrived til when we left they were always cheerful and happy to help us. Went out of their way to assist pickups for tours.

The bathroom wasn’t that practical. The floor flooded when showering and there was nowhere to hang up the towels. These were minor issues.

Cute, traditional Riad. Excellent location, with an amazing breakfast, close enough to the souk without being in the souk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also tried the Hammam which I can highly recommend. We would certainly come back to this hotel.

The guys that was supposed to open the door at night to enter to the Ria was sleeping and it took 10-15 minutes to open the door, then he said to us that was later and he was sleeping.

Everything was wonderful! The continental breakfast included the most delicious scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice served on the upper patio. Our room was spacious and kept clean for us throughout our stay. The staff was so friendly and made every effort to make us feel at home. I would absolutely return!

Riad O is the perfect distance out of the central craziness, with everything still being walkable. It has lots of areas to relax and cool off, our room was small but comfortable. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely! The staff were very kind and made our stay incredibly comfortable. They organised everything and anything we needed (tour guide, transfers). We would definitely stay at Riad O again.

Beautiful Riad in the Medina! An oasis of peace and tranquillity. On arrival given a full tour plus review of map and lots of excellent advice on where to go. Loved our 4 days. Special thanks for my hot water every evening so I could drink my English tea in the room.

The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. Making arrangements for transportation, private guides, massages and meals onsite, and even external restaurant reservations through Riad O made for a stress and worry free vacation. Our two rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Food, service, staff, property, were all fantastic. The food was exceptional be it dinner a snack or breakfast. Run by a lovely young couple who are so friendly and kind. Their staff are the same, just wonderful.

Room a bit small, but as expected in a riad (bed up against wall). Nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful place. Eggs for breakfast were delicious. Staff all very helpful. Bed comfortable. Location great - quiet but close to the action. Really enjoyed a refreshing swim after a hot day exploring Marrakesh.
