A very pleasant stay in a well-located and welcoming riad.

The bathroom didn’t have proper protection for the shower, which caused water to spread all over the floor after use.

The location is excellent — very close to the main tourist attractions and the heart of the medina, but without the typical chaos. The room was spacious, airy, and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and attentive service.

Sometimes cigarette smoke comes through open windows. As we didn't have a AC in our room, we needed the windows open.

Quiet and central location. Quirky old building. Cool enough with open windows without AC.

Well maintained and in an amazing location. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for a short stay for 3. Didn’t have the true riad experience though - felt more like checking in to a hotel.

Location is a little bit complicated, it is in ally. Window and door need to be fixed because you may get cold in cold weather.

It was clean and it has got hot water. Towels are okey. We left our backpacks before our check in time and discovered city.

The property was in a very good location, inside the medina , it’s in an alley so it’s not noisy at all. The suite we booked was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the things we needed. The guy responsible for the reception was really helpful with everything helped us with transportation to our next location , directions , restaurants etc The suit with the price that it has I believe it’s worth the money.

The noise next to our room was really loud as we were on the ground floor and guests ate breakfast in the courtyard. To be expected in a Riad. Suggest you take a room higher up if you want to sleep longer than 08.00 am. Also note that there is a sign saying no smoking but the tables have ashtrays - so again on the ground floor you will get smoke drifting into your room day and night.

Excellent location, clean, and amazing staff. Rooms get cold at night but they give you many warm blankets. The shower was refreshingly hot.

The bathroom smelled so bad of sewer gas is was difficult to use. I’m not sure if there is anything that can be done, but it smells really bad. There is no hot water for showers. I’ve cold showers.

The room was beautiful, breakfast was a good value for 30 diram, the location was absolutely perfect and the staff were accommodating.

The room was smaller, but not significantly so. There was no toilet paper in the room, hot water did not always run. You could hear noise from the mosque in the room, but we encountered this in most accommodation in Morocco. Overall there was noise in the room when other guests were talking in the corridor for example.

The location was very good. The staff were also pleasant. The room was clean. Overall, we were satisfied. The stay went well. The quality of the accommodation corresponds to the price.

Noise. I had poor sleep here. I wish their quiet hours were clearly communicated to guests so I would not have be woken up by loud conversations during quiet time. This really frustrated me, it’s unfortunate and I hope they can consider being vocal to other guests. I woke up tired most mornings, and I went to bed with a mild headache from very loud conversations.

Location is perfect, the staff is really kind and friendly, the rooms are big and comfortable. Good breakfast too, even if it’s a little pricy.

My room at the top of the building got the afternoon sun, so it was very stuffy. An electric fan would have been much appreciated.

In a good location but a little difficult to find without local assistance. WiFi was good for the most part of my visit.

Great location. Inside Medina close to everything. Staff are friendly and provided information on what to see in Rabat. We tried a couple of restaurants outside the Medina and were disappointed. The best places to eat were all inside the Medina. Walking distance to all the main sights and beaches. Be sure to take the water taxi over to Sale. Fun

The smell coming from the bathroom.. Yes the building is ancient but put an airfresher in the room. It smelled like rotten sewage 100% of the time. The bed as extremely hard. But every single bed here in Morocco appears to be hard. Don't come to Morocco if you have a bad back :)

The very helpful staff, hot water, great WiFi and location. Size of the room..
