I had an unforgettable experience staying at this beautiful riad. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The hospitality was warm, genuine, and attentive throughout my stay. The riad itself is stunning—beautiful traditional architecture, peaceful courtyards, and a rooftop terrace with pool that offers breathtaking views of the Medina. My room was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated in authentic Moroccan style. Breakfast each morning was a highlight: fresh orange juice, mint tea, Moroccan pancakes, and more—served with a smile. The location was perfect for exploring the souks and major attractions, yet it felt like a calm oasis away from the bustle. I especially appreciated Zuhair for helping with bookings and airport transfers. He really goes above and beyond…11/10. Chef’s kiss!!! Thank you for making my stay in Marrakesh so special. I would absolutely recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful retreat in the city!

The staff are very helpful and kind, when we order a taxi they take us to meeting point, very nice breakfast but same everyday, quite in general inside the chaos of medina, beautiful riad, good value for money

music can be heard in the noon- afternoon if you want take a nap is a little disturbing. Also some details, we have to tell the cleaning lady to bring us new toilet papers in one room and did not restock tissues in the other room. minor details for 10/10

Our experience at Riad Pompom was wonderful! The Riad is Beautiful, the food is Amazing and the staff is very polite, helpful and friendly! Totally recommend it, Hope to be back soon!

Clean, calm, quiet, good location

Breakfast was very tasty but became repetitive after a few days. Some variety such as yogurt instead of fruit would be good.

Everything was fantastic. We felt very comfortable and really appreciated Elliot's tips.

It is a beautiful riad with amazing staff,good breakfast and nice rooms. Thanks to Elliot,Zouhir,Souad and Hafida for the amazing stay. I willl come back sooon!!!

Nothing I loved everything about this riad

Love the overall decor and the location being in the centre of everything. Breakfast options were great. Elliott and Team were super amazing.

A table in the room would be nice (i.e something to write on or somewhere to place our cups and plates). These were not available options in the Pink Room and only small side table in Black Room. Small glitch regarding booked tour for the day which was promised to be a fixed rate and it turned out a little differently.

Stylish, Clean, Friendly, Comfortable, Cosy, Quiet, Great breakfast, perfect location close to the sights but in a quieter local neighbourhood.

Central location, yet once you enter the Road you instantly escape the busy city and enter a peaceful escape to relax

Quiet, accessible in the medina, very clean, good bed and pillows, air conditioning, bottled water, 24 hour staff on duty, helpful advice , transport and tours arranged if requested, on site kitchen good daily breakfast included and food available if requested. Hammam available on site.

The bed was against the wall and one person had to climb over the other to get out.

The design of the room and the building was beautiful, just off the busy streets it was very peaceful and tranquil

This is the right choice for everyone that wants to stay in a riad but wants the hotel treatment and facilities. It is also very quiet, I have seen other reviews in almost every other riad that they are noisy and it is very difficult to sleep. Not in riad Pompon. The room was absolutely incredible. The Riad has an amazing rooftop with a pool, please consider spending one afternoon there relaxing. breakfast was the perfect mix between the European breakfast and the morrocan breakfast and the quantities are very well adjusted. Eliot was incredible and even printed our boarding passes (mandatory in Morroco) and offered us some coca-colas. The treatment here is top tear. It’s also well located but keep in mind it’s not reachable by car, so you will have to do a 10mn walk. If i can offer you some advice if you choose this riad, book the transfer from/to the airport with the riad the price is fair ( for us 200DH = 20€, which is the same every taxi asks for and it’s scheduled so you don’t have to worry about it). Could not recommend more this Riad.
