Amazing breakfast and family suite had tons of space to spread out. The hosts were kind and helpful. Location was walkable once you got your bearings.

A little run down, but great value for price asked

The deluxe suite was gorgeous. AC was a saviour. The design, decor, and furnishings of the whole place were beautiful. The staff went way above and beyond for us.

It is very hard to find, so get specific directions before you arrive. Once found however, it is very worthwhile. And don't ask a local to direct you to it 😁

It was a great location, beautiful property and the staff were incredible. Breakfast was great in the morning (that orange juice!!) and the guys were super helpful with directions and tours. The city can be overwhelming the first time and they helped make the trip effortless. It was HOT so the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip. Air conditioning was a major plus and the room was huge and comfortable.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like!! Definitely take the airport pickup tho- you will likely never find it in your own!!

Very pretty riad and good location

It was loud in the evenings with people on the streets and other guests so it was hard to sleep. They also left our room unlocked all day after the cleaner came into our room. Nothing was taken but I spoke to the manager that I was not happy our room was left open and he was very rude to me. The women that work there were very kind but I would not stay there again because of him

The rooms were a great size, bathrooms were in great working order and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool and lounging areas were a great addition for a relaxing afternoon.

The beds were a bit hard and very creaky, with my bed head not connected so every time I rolled over, it whacked the wall

We had a very nice experience: the hosts are super friendly & trusthworthy. They helped us find the way in the crowdy souks and made us breakfast to take away when we had early activities. The riad looks very beautiful and gives you a typical Morrocon experience. We booked some activities before arriving but we ended up booking them via the hosts as they had a good price and were really worth it. We would recommend to book the hammam experience and the private guide in the medina at the riad.

It was a lovely experience and the staff made it so easy and beautiful for us. Zakaria and the other 2 ladies were so helpful, friendly and smiling all the time. Zakaria went above and beyond to help us in everything. The rooms were so clean and had everything. The overall experience was great. We would love to go back and the location is great. Thanks a lot to the staff again.

    Spacious accommodation, air conditioned. Clean.

The location was difficult to get to on foot. Unable to lock the door from inside. No toileteries supplied. Cheaper to use Viator rather than the tours/activity they suggested. Still didn't get to go to Koutoubia Mosque. 🙄🙄 The tour guide didn't walk us back to accommodation.

We traveled with my elderly parents and two children. The Riad was a wonderful experience because of the great service and care from Zakaria. He showed us and explained how to move around the Medina with all of the bikes and people, answered all of our questions, spent time with us talking about interests, and was the best host we’ve had! Very knowledgeable, calm and kind. The ladies were excellent with keeping the Riad clean and breakfast! We would recommend getting the airport shuttle as the Riad would have been difficult to find. Breakfast and especially the orange juice was a don’t miss! We purchased a guided tour, which was great for seeing the Medina and historical sites. We also had Zakaria and Ibrahim help book us a shuttle to the train that we ended up hiring to take us to Casablanca for less than the train would have cost. Overall, we recommend the Riad for a real Medina experience! We very much appreciated the Riad Puchka staff!
