Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. We had a delicious dinner with a flavorful tagine, fresh vegetable couscous, and a perfectly made pastilla. The server was very polite, and his warm smile made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The place is cozy and peaceful, and the food was served quickly and with great quality. They also arranged a fun and memorable desert tour for us. Highly recommend!

What I appreciated the most was the friendliness and cooperation of the staff they were always available, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I felt like I was among friends who truly cared about my comfort. Dinner was also absolutely delicious, with a great variety of well-prepared dishes that made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

I don't know what to say except that this is the best Riad I stayed at!! I enjoyed the sun while tanning on the sunroof, stayed in the heart of Medina. Slept in a super comfortable bed and met people who are now my really dear friend,It was really beautiful, just like in the pictur

Our stay was excellent! We were welcomed with complimentary tea, discussed our itinerary, and received tips on map apps and tourist attractions. Everything was very friendly and respectful. All the staff are friendly and pleasant, and the Riad is right in the city center, within the Medina, with easy access. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was served with good options and everything was very well organized. Thank you :)

I liked the price. Also the hospitality and kindness of Salik at the recepción, he was an excellent professional and person, always ready to help with everything. I didn’t like the way Fatima managed our bookings, and in addition she refused to print us our boarding cards for our flights on the next morning. We didn’t get the room that we had booked, they gave us an inferior room for the first night and as we complaint, the second night we got the triple deluxe room booked.

The location inside the old city was great.

The AC didn’t work well and breakfast was very hot and sunny on the rooftop with very little shade

What I liked is that the location is good and very close to the medina, and the equipment is comfortable.

First of all, I had to wait over 45 minutes before being able to access the room, even though I had respected the scheduled check-in time. No one welcomed me for quite a while, which I find disrespectful, even if they did apologize by explaining that the cleaning of the room had been delayed. Once inside, I noticed that the equipment was very clean and confortable. However, there was a problem with the air conditioner: it wasn’t cold and dripped all night, creating a puddle of water on the floor near one of the beds. As for breakfast, it was acceptable but not up to the standard one would expect from a riad that is supposed to represent authentic Moroccan culture.

We found the accommodation incredible; everything was perfect. The location is very good, as if you don't want to go through the narrow streets of the medina, you can access it by going around the outside of the wall, which is very quick. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there; everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the service from our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many questions and issues.

An excellent hotel in every aspect. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the place is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Its location is outstanding—right in the heart of the market and the old city, so you won’t need transportation to explore the area. A complete and authentic Moroccan experience delivered with the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Access can be a bit difficult due to the narrow alleys and the crowds in the market, especially if you have large suitcases. Still, this is a minor issue compared to all the other advantages. The breakfast was truly exceptional. Even though I arrived late, well past the official breakfast time, the hosts generously served us a full breakfast without hesitation.

Everything was great. We got upgraded to a better room for the same price. The room was spacious, the bed was good, the aircon worked well. The breakfast was yummy. The staff were very helpful. The location was good - easy walk to everything in the medina, and easy access to taxis.
