Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomIt's ok for one night if you're just looking for somewhere to crash, but any longer and you might feel the total absence of natural light! It's also right next to a mosque so the call to prayer in the early hours was very loud - but that's not their fault, just bring ear plugs! Unfortunately it's also difficult to communicate with the hosts as they don't speak much French or English (one in particular seemed to have none of either). The carpets in the room are dirty and the bathroom needs sprucing up.
I stayed here for two nights on either side of an organized trip to the desert, and the woman at the Riad very kindly held onto a bag of my things for me. The place is mainly run by two women and feels safe. Very central and not too hard to locate! Clean sheets

RomaniaThe toilet drove us crazy. After you flush once, you have to wait for many minutes to have the possibility to flush the second time. The smell in the room was quite odd, it took me the first night to get used to it. For a short stay it was ok…
The location was great, everything is around, at walking distance. The staff is very kind and always helpful, I think this is what I liked the most. The breakfast was ok, but not that varied. Overall, it was ok. Thank you for your hospitality!

Really friendly sweet staff, good central location in the Medina, of course the car won't drop you directly there, you will have to walk through the Medina to get here. Beautiful courtyard

ItalyHowever, the breakfast was quite monotonous, with only eggs and bread every day—it would be nice to have more variety, such as sausages or cold cuts. The hotel can get quite cold at night due to humidity, and since there is no separation between the terraces, hallway, and rooms, insulation could be improved. The terrace, while lovely, could use some maintenance to make it even more enjoyable. Additionally, a sign with the riad’s name would be helpful, as the door only has “N60” on it. We had difficulty finding it and were asked for money by someone in the street just for pointing it out.
Our stay at Riad Radia was overall pleasant. The staff was very cordial and always available to assist with any needs. The room was cleaned daily, the location was excellent for exploring the Medina, and the rooftop terrace was a great spot to enjoy the sun. The bed was very comfortable, and the warm covers were perfect for the cooler nights.

BrazilThe room smells since it has no ventilation, it’s the only thing that could be improved.
It’s a great place, everyone is very welcoming. The room is big, the terrace is beautiful. But above all the location: right in the Medina but in a small alley where is super quiet! Very easy to reach on foot, and super convenient for first timers in Marrakech. Breakfast is simple but good.

NetherlandsYou hear everything from the other rooms. Not really the owner’s fault since it is also the beauty of a Riad but just to mention that guests should be mindful about the noise they make.

United KingdomI loved the smell of wood before entering the room. It brought back memories of a beautiful Moroccan amazigh style house I’ve lived in. The Riad looks exactly as it shows in photos, beautiful, especially the corridors and living room, with interesting photos and art works on the walls. The host was kind and provided us with all what we needed. If you are going there the taxi will drop you off close to the Riad then you need to walk a little bit as it is in narrow streets. Generally all was good.

ItalyMy bathroom and shower were small and because of the structure of the riad with the windows inside I could hear the other travelers when they went to their room loudly (but it is not a problem of the riad, it is a people problem)

NetherlandsWe did not really enjoy the busy souks in the medina so for us it was not ideal that we had to walk through it every time we left the riad.
Very friendly host who helped us with an airport shuttle and gave us some recommendations to visit in Marrakesh while enjoying some delicious Moroccan mint tea. The riad is located right in the busy center of the medina and is only reachable by walking. However, it's very soundproof so as soon as you enter the riad it's very quiet and calm. Nice atmosphere.
