Good location, close to city center, safe neighborhood. Good specific morrocan breakfast. We even had a morrocan dinner that was very filling and tasty. Very good for authentic morrocan experience. Very attentive and polite staff.

One downside is that bathroomswindow open onto the atrium, making them feel less private, as people can occasionally pass close by the window."

Riad Rêves D'Orient & Spa offers a great location within the Medina — close to all the main sights, yet tucked away in a quieter area, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Service is very attentive and friendly, and the food served is very good outdoing many restaurants nearby. Family rooms are cozy but may feel a bit tight for families with older children;especially when carrying multiple suitcases

The hotel is a Marocco traditional house in the Medina. Abdel -our host- was a really nice and helpful guy. Our room was clean, spacious and so beatiful with the Marocco design. The breakfast was nice and bellyful, I loved the Marocco tea.

Part of the fun was finding the Riad; it seemed questionable but really, it was cool. It is wildly different from DC in the US. Abdo is AMAZING. He was so welcoming, helpful and made our stay so memorable. Marrakech is a vibrant place, this was the place to stay. I cannot say enough good things, truly. Bonus: good breakfast AND they made breakfast early for us so we didn't go to the airport with empty bellies.

To be honest for the price we paid, I can't fault it! I don't know, maybe the walk from the taxi to the Riad is far....Booking said I had to write something

This is a wonderful place. Whilst the Riad is very pretty and well appointed, it is the service that sets it apart. From check in to check out we were so well looked after by Abdo and Mohammad. Abdi welcomed us and gave us all the key information we needed to have a great time in Marrakech. He would stay in contact on WhatsApp to make sure everything was good. As an example we didn't realise you could not use electronic boarding passes to leave Marrakech. I asked Abdo and within 20 minutes we had printed boarding passes waiting for us in the taxi to the airport. Mohammad was just as good making sure everything in the room was good and serving us a lovely breakfast every morning. He always has a smile on his face and he tended to us without ever being overbearing. A perfect level of service. The Riad is really pretty, our room was decorated in the traditional style and well appointed: comfortable beds, great bathroom, air con if required. The location is down a few alleys but very quickly we orientated ourselves and always found the place. The benefit of its location is you are in the Medina close to the main square but you don't have the noise of the markets. Highly recommended!

From the moment we stepped into our Riad, it was clear that our stay was going to be something special. The hospitality we experienced was nothing short of amazing, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The rooms were a standout feature - spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts of home. Abdul, the Riad manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was the warm greetings every morning or the attentive service throughout the day, the professionalism and kindness were evident. What really set this place apart was the attention to detail. From the impeccably maintained facilities to the thoughtful amenities, everything was designed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. In conclusion, our stay was an unforgettable experience. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the fantastic rooms and the exceptional hospitality. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay.

It was a little difficult to find - but it does add to the authenticity of the city.

The hospitality was absolutely fantastic, we were made to feel immediately at home. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unique and personal. Special shout-out to Mohammed and Abdo for catering to literally all of our needs. Both were happy to share their sense of knowledge of the city with us. Mohammed making sure we had breakfast on the last day getting up extra early just so we started the day right!

Our stay at Riad reves d'orient was simply unforgettable, and this was largely due to an employee who stands out for exceptional hospitality and excellent service: Abdo. From the moment we entered the Riad, we were greeted by Abdo with a warm smile. His attention and friendliness truly made our stay special. Abdo took the time to welcome us with a refreshing tea and introduced us to the amenities of the Riad. What particularly impressed us was Abdo's comprehensive knowledge of the city. He provided us with valuable tips and recommendations that made our stay in Marrakech truly memorable. His passion for the city was palpable, and his explanations of the sights and cultural nuances left a deep impression on us. Abdo goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel comfortable and that all questions are answered. His commitment and professionalism are reflected in every detail, whether it's the cleanliness of the rooms or his willingness to assist us with any concerns. It is evident that Abdo is not just an employee at the Riad but a true ambassador for hospitality. His dedication should serve as an example of excellent customer service. We hope that his outstanding performance is recognized by the management. Thank you, Abdo, for the unforgettable time at Riad reves d'orient. You made our stay special, and we will always remember your warm hospitality.

It is a safe neighborhood, but the Riad is down a left, right, left, right, left, alley. The staff met us at the taxi with a hand cart for our luggage. As we followed, you may seriously doubt where you are going but it is all good. There is only one way in and one way out of this neighborhood and you will get oriented in no time. Short walk to main square.

The beds are wonderful, the location is exactly where we wanted to be, the cleaning staff is beyond excellent, and best of all, Abdo. Abdo is the best concierge and guide to the city! He made our entire trip enjoyable. The cooking class on site, included a guided trip to the markets, was one of our favorite experiences. 10/10 rating from our family.

Property was in a great location. convenient to the souks and many sights. Breakfast was delicious and nice and peaceful on the rooftop terrace. We had booked dinner at the Riad after a long day tour and got back an hour late and Abdo was very understanding and had a delicious dinner. Beautiful clean riad in a lovely location right in the middle of the market. Friendly and very accommodating staff. I stayed with my husband and 3 children as well as my mother and father. The staff were amazing at helping out with my little one. When we first arrived they cooked us a beautiful meal alongside deserts and snack. Would highly recommend this place. Great value for money and we felt very safe. Staff walked us down to the famous jamaa fana which was a 6 minute walk from the Riad. Will definitely be visiting this place again. Thanks all

The shower was a bit disappointing as it wasn’t connected well to the wall and so it was hard to shower. The hot tub on the roof didn’t really get super warm (could be because we didn’t wait long enough for it to warm up).

The staff was excellent very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was very nice every morning. The location was perfect for being in the old town although you definitely need someone to help you get there the first day.

DIRTY, is the 1st word to describe the hotel room we stayed for 5 nights. Dirty toilet seat with dried urine. My sister had to clean it on our first night because it was very late to notify or bother the staffs. Dirty bedsheets and blanket. Pillow cases have stains, bedsheets were not cleaned and they had sweat odor. I had intense itchiness on my whole body while staying there for 5 nights. My sister got some elevated rashes/patches on her arm on the 4th night. We suspect there were bed bugs or other buds in the room and beds. I had confronted the hotel staff about dirty toilet seat and bedsheets after our first night. He seemed acknowledged and talked to the cleaning lady. But not much had improved on the following 4 nights. Mirror in the bathroom was not cleaned. Rugs were not cleaned. Aside from the undesired cleanliness, the room was lack amenities. Shower gel and soap are very bad quality, towels were very rough and hard like rugs. No bottled water and facial tissues. Forget about the hot tub if that’s what you are booking this hotel for, because they will tell you it has some problem and doesn’t work, as many guests have mentioned about the same thing too. It is suspicious how did this hotel get a rating of 4 star on google and 3.5 star on Expedia/hotels.com. In my opinion, even 1 star hotel is better with cleanliness and better amenities.

Friendly and attentive staffs. Easy communication. Asked and served breakfast at any time when we came out of our room.
