Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe sun terrace was a bit small and the pool is inside , it was ok for us because we were only there for a few days and we were out each day but for anyone that wanted to sunbath it may of been disappointment .
The Riad was very pretty and decorated tastefully and to a good standard and very clean with quiet air con .. all the rooms have a different decor . A real boutique Riad. The massages and beauty treatments were one of the best I have ever had . You do have to walk to a different location for the beauty treatment but well worth it and they do take you there . Great location to explore . No need for taxis for local attractions . Very quiet at night . Breakfast and evening meal was amazing , of excellent standard . Better than the hotels in the area . Staff spoke good English and were always happy to help with any queries. They arranged transport to and from the airport which was of excellent standard with air-con .

United KingdomWe stayed in the bedroom on the ground floor and so it was loud at night we could hear the street.
The property was in the perfect location and very clean. The breakfast was very nice. You can't fault it for the price.

United KingdomNothing negative to report. Everything was perfect.
This is a gem hidden in the narrow streets of Jemaa al Fnaa. The Riad is tastefully decorated and the room was big and airy. It is clear that it is run with care and this is to be commended! The breakfast was excellent with a combination of European and Moroccan food prepared before your eyes. It couldn’t be fresher than that! I wouldn’t bother looking for another place next time I visit Marrakesh, I would stay here again!

PakistanThe location was very convenient. Stay was extremely comfortable mainly due to services provided by the managing person of the Riad/Hotel, i.e., Ali. He was exceptionally cooperative and helpful. His support made us feel like home. He was everywhere including delicious food, maintaining room, and billing. Exceeding his responsibilities, he arranged train tickets, private tour to Ourika, identifying the best food points and shopping points. Actually, I realized he was using his personal motorbike for my different tasks. Best wishes for Road Rime Qoussai management and Ali specifically. Internet was very strong. Delicious breakfast.

SloveniaDirty room, toilet did not flush, very uncomfortable beds, no quietness, we basically could not sleep due to street noise and noise from people coming back to the riad. Breakfast was below average. They state there is a pool, but the pool was actually in the neighbouring riad. Waste of money, if you’re smart avoid this riad.
Ali, the student worker was very helpful and nice.

IrelandMy stay at this so-called “hotel” was absolutely terrible. I paid €224 for three nights, and it wasn’t even worth €100. Here’s why: 1. No Assistance in an Emergency: At 2 AM, I suffered severe food poisoning. I tried calling and texting the manager multiple times to ask for help or to get the contact number of someone on-site if available, but she completely ignored me. I was left alone to deal with the situation. 2. Cleaning Up Myself: I vomited in the room and, since no one responded to help, I had to clean it myself using a towel. I even washed the towel by hand with soap and shampoo to ensure the room was clean before leaving. Of course, it wasn’t 100% clean—I’m not a machine—but I did my best to leave the room presentable. 3. Noise Issues: The lack of soundproofing is shocking. You can hear everything from the other rooms and the stairs. Breakfast preparation starts early morning on the rooftop, and the constant noise of people going up and down the stairs is impossible to ignore, disturbing sleep. 4. No Basic Amenities: There’s no kettle, no fridge, no tea or coffee, no bin inside the room, and no drinking water provided except for one small bottle upon arrival. Essentials like these are expected even in budget accommodations, let alone at this price point. 5. Broken Facilities: The sitting toilet in my room was broken, and there were no curtains on the windows, leaving me exposed to anyone outside. The lack of basic privacy and functionality was appalling. 6. Unhygienic Surroundings: Just outside the riad, there’s a huge pile of rubbish that’s completely unmanaged. Stray cats scatter the trash everywhere, creating an unsightly and unhygienic mess. 7. Rude and Unprofessional Management: After I checked out, the manager sent me extremely rude and threatening messages. She falsely accused me of leaving the room with a broken window and other damages, which was absolutely untrue. She even threatened to report me to the police and Booking.com. 8.
The location was okay, situated in the old city, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was clean. One of the highlights of my stay was only one staff member, called Ali. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and always went out of his way to assist me.
