We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandThere's no restaurant anywhere around, no option for food during the day, the local shop was closed when we arrived, which was a bit annoying. I didn't have a car and wish this had been communiicated. There was no electricity and no running water the first day until around 4pm, no one checked on us to see if we need anytjhing (a candle, charging anything in the car, water)... I got charged for a omlet I didn't order and the staff where arguing that I did eat it in fact, Generallt the pricing policy for dinner is not transparent. The swimming pool is in fact in the hotel next door, which wasn't communicated. These are all small things that could be improved.
The place is sort of in the middle of nowhere, it is the perfect get away, with the ocean, just 10 min away you're surrounded by a deserty landscape, with horses, donkeys, chickens ;)

I love indoor and outdoor designs, very Moroccan style, the room was spacious and the bathroom very cool. Super cool sunset from the rooftop. The breakfast is delicious

United KingdomWe reserved all 3 rooms to have a private family stay at this Riyad, but when we arrived there was a young guy using 1 of the rooms. In the evening we were have tea in the lounge and the same guy walked right into the room without our permission. We later found out that the same creepy guy was sleeping in the lounge. When I spoke to him about it, he argued incoherently that the lounge was a shared lounge. He then got the owners wife at around 11pm in the evening (who also lives in the same 4-bedroom riyad) to come and (rudely) make it clear that the shared areas are not private. I might be mistaken, but when I booked, I expected shared meant shared with the other guests (we were the only guests!). Perhaps it should be made clear that you will be sharing the property with every tom, dick and harry that happens to pass by, guests at another local hotel, riders who attend the adjacent riding school and a couple of dogs as well! There were so many visitors and we were constantly worried about our kids which made our stay very uncomfortable. Also, the walk to the beech is full of broken shells which can easily cut your feel - it seems like the area was previously used for a shell market.
The caretaker, Ibrahim and the chef were very accommodating and tried their best to make our stay nice. The owner seemed nice and welcomed us upon arrival. The place was insect-sprayed before we arrived, but there was a dead cockroach in front of our bedroom door and plenty of other dead insects lying around. After using inspect spray, you have to sweep up, clean up and air the rooms, which was not done.
