Beautiful rooms. Staff were kind and allowed me to store my luggage, relax in common areas and even shower when it was che out day but I had a late night flight. Excellent.

The property delivers everything it promises. A little mellow air conditioning in the room which was easily solved with a table fan the staff arranged for us. There are some things that the property can do to further elevate the guest experience such as providing electric kettle, bath robes, iron and ironing board in the room etc.

Property is in a quiet alley away from the hustle bustle of the main market street. The staff are exceptionally considerate. You can always rely on Noori to greet you with an infectious smile.

This property is so beautiful and the location is great. We arrived late and used the airport transport option which was so great as they took us to the door. The staff were so wonderful and friendly, they helped us with anything we needed. We had the dinner one night and it was one of the best meals we had on Marrakech. We loved this stay and highly recommend it.

Our stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakesh was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and peaceful the place was—it truly felt like an oasis in the middle of the vibrant city. We honestly wished we could have stayed for weeks! The host and all the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was freshly prepared and slightly different every day, which was such a lovely touch. The location of the Riad was perfect—right at the doors of the Medina, giving us easy access to the souks, local restaurants, shops, and currency exchange places. It’s also just a short walk from the Royal Palace, with police and guards nearby, which made the area feel very safe, even when walking around at night. Taxis were also easily available right outside. The Riad itself was stunning—every corner beautifully decorated and full of charm. The environment around it was lively and full of culture. I’ll certainly be booking it again. It was truly a gem!

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like, but some things could be better: explanation of the room facilities, airconditioning worked poorly, no television, no sound isolation, staff was not always around, not all staff spoke English well, pool is smaller that it looks on the pictures and is not heated, not many healthy options for breakfast

The location is excellent and the staff is very polite. It was very peaceful in the riad ❤️

The bathtub in the room we stayed in is not entirely waterproof hence, the water goes to waste/ the bath does not fill. unless you put a towel on the drainage.

The staff were excellent and helped us book excursions and transfers, the location was brilliant for exploring the souk and the riad was superb. Contrary to prior reviews, the doors do have locks! The only downside was the water pressure/temperature, which seemed to alter when someone else is using the water.

The water pressure was good but the shower temperature would suddenly get boiling hot.

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the riad is excellent - in the medina but on the edge where it's a bit calmer. Inside is a quiet oasis and the roof terrace is beautiful - breakfast on the roof terrace was one of the highlights of our stay. The room was large and the bed very comfortable and we had a delicious dinner on our first evening. The staff are really excellent. I would recommend booking an airport transfer as we were met at the taxi rank by Nouri who took us to the riad and was so helpful and charming throughout our visit as were all the staff.

One suggestion- to add water to the breakfast drinks.

The location was perfect- very easy to walk to the medina and beyond and also very convenient for taxi drop off and pick up when we first arrived and left Marrakesh- only 5 minutes away. Although it was very close to the medina it was very quiet. The breakfasts were delicious and we appreciated the variety each day on the beautiful terrace. The room was very comfortable and spacious as was the bed. The owner, Jan was very helpful and gave us some tips for restaurants. We went to one of these (table di palais) which was beautiful with great food.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Selouane. Very welcoming owners that took detailed care of everything. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. An extensive breakfast was served every morning, which is a great start of your day to explore Marrakech. We will definitely visit again!

We had such a lovely four night stay in this Riad. The hosts were very friendly and the place was clean and inviting. The location is great, just off a street with lovely shops and some good food places, not too busy but very close to the main souks. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was very nice. Thank you!
