My family and I absolutely loved everything about our stay! The service was incredible—everyone was so friendly and genuinely attentive, always making sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms are stunning, beautifully decorated with a classy, perfect touch. Everything was clean, which was especially important to me. The bathroom was clean, charming, and just perfect. Perfect for two people. Breakfast was delicious, and the terrace was an ideal spot to spend the afternoon reading and chatting. The Riad’s location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from El Fann Jemma, the main plaza. From there, you can easily access countless attractions. There’s a small stretch of the walk that isn’t the most picturesque (a taxi station) but we always felt completely safe (and we are women traveling alone). Google Maps guided us with no problem, and taxis are cheap. I highly recommend staying here as you will be far from the chaos of the Medina but still lose to everything. (there is a mosque and tombs literally next door). A walkable city worth exploring every corner, so just get lost and you will find something in every corner. We recommend checking out the not so touristy spots as the city is filled with restaurants and cafes and shops. Lovely Riad can't wait to go back. Seriously stay here, we saw multiple options and couldn't be happier with Riad Solange!!! :)

The riad is a little tricky to find if you turn up on your own, we were offered an airport transfer but we usually sort this for ourselves

All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful and we really felt at home. Breakfast was amazing and the riad was decorated beautifully. We were very sad to leave this little slice of paradise nestled within the kasbah. Highly recommend to others

This Riad was absolutely beautiful and tranquil. It was a shame we weren't able to stay a couple of days. But hey, maybe we will be back. This property is fairly new, clean, and the team managing the riad - they're absolutely amazing. Faissal was the one that kept us updated about the check-in, making sure we got there safely without getting lost, Murat was also very engaging and took care of us well. When you walk in, there's a fragrance that is being diffused, and it smells incredible. I can't stop raving how beautiful and well kept the property is, I'm glad we had a chance to experience this!! This was our first time in Morocco and Marrakech, and our first time staying in a riad. I was initially sceptical, being used to hotels, but this experience was amazing. Mourad met us late at night when we arrived, personally guiding us from the taxi to the riad. Everything was perfectly organised. I highly recommend contacting Mourad and Faissal to arrange your airport transfer. The riad was cozy, newly refurbished, and of great quality. The staff were incredible – Mourad helped us a lot and was always available, Faissal was fantastic, and a very kind woman (whose name I sadly forgot) also assisted us. Whatever we needed, they had it covered. Mourad practically became our guide for the trip - I could not be more thankful for his help during our 10-night stay. Breakfast on the rooftop was peaceful and delicious. The owner also organised yoga sessions three times during our stay – we attended one and it was a fantastic experience. Don’t be put off by the riad being new. They deliver service like they have 20+ years of experience, and their attention to detail exceeded all expectations. I'm from Norway – and Norwegians are famously picky – yet I will wholeheartedly recommend this riad to all my friends visiting Marrakech. We also stayed in other places around the city, and sadly, the standard elsewhere was much lower. Compared to everything else, Riad Solange wins on every front. We even stayed at a so-called "luxury" resort in Agafay for €500 a night – it wasn’t even half as good as this place. If you're looking for a riad to stay in – stay here! Advice coming from a real estate agent in Norway who is extremely critical and picky about accommodations.

The Riad is in a quiet location and you can’t hear the outside mayhem at all but the building itself is not that quiet. I think it’s just the style of building but we could hear everything that happened in the communal area at all hours and it did disturb us at times.

Riad Solange is very well located in the heart of the Medina but still quiet as it’s a little way off the main streets. We walked everywhere easily but there were also taxis on hand if we’d wanted. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff, under the enthusiastic leadership of Faisal, attend to your every need. It’s a very beautiful place, wonderfully decorated with comfortable rooms that you can relax in.

I’ve always loved Marrakech, but this time was very special due to my stay at Riad Solange. - The location: calm, everything is within walking distance, but also easily accessible by road if you ever take a taxi or a car, which is not always the case with riads in the Medina. -The furnishing: the bedding was excellent, the interior was beautiful, and everything was very clean. The breakfast: as a Moroccan myself, we tend to be picky about the quality of our food. The breakfast did not disappoint—fresh, authentic, delicious, and homemade. Last but not least: - The staff!!! Hélène was very kind and caring. Faissal is an amazing person who puts a lot of heart into what he does; he made sure everything went smoothly from A to Z (he even managed to arrange a ride for me from the airport despite my very short notice). In the evening, Younes was very attentive, kind, and gave great recommendations. A special shoutout to the lady working there who always asked if anything was needed and who was behind the yummy breakfast. The team was just classy! I’ve already recommended this riad to a bunch of relatives and friends and will definitely come back.

Immaculately Clean, beautiful and new! Stunning modern decor, looks even more beautiful than photos. The lovely owner Helene is also an interior decorator and it shows. Every angle of the riad there is beauty, art, lighting and a different mood! The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The service is brilliant- Younus, Faisal and Fatima are very kind, attentive, caring and speak multiple language including english. There is a central raid, dining room, own balcony and rooftop dining and kitchen area. It felt like being at home. Brilliant locations only one minute from main tourist roads. We couldn't stop taking photos of the riad! Highly recommend!

Small room for two people

Riad Solange was beautifully decorated, with charming details throughout and a lovely rooftop terrace that we really enjoyed — especially since our room was located on the top floor, making it easily accessible for some peaceful downtime above the city. Check-in was smooth and easy, and breakfast was a daily highlight — it varied slightly each morning, which kept things interesting and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting us with things like booking a cab, which made our stay more convenient. Our room, while cozy and nicely designed, was quite small for two people — there wasn’t really enough space to lay out even one suitcase on the floor comfortably. A bit more storage or room to move around would have made a big difference. One thing we missed was a list of recommendations for things to do or places to eat — it would have been a helpful addition, especially for first-time visitors to Marrakech. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a lovely space, with a few small areas that could be improved to make it even better.
