Practically every aspect was ok: nice room, clean, nice stuff. What exceeded my expectations was breakfeast that was delicious, I miss it already.

The one thing that I can really complain was the bed that was very inconvenient. I can See that there aren't many complains about it, maybe it was only in my room, but both of us were waking Up with an horrible back pain, first day WE thought that maybe it's a coincidence, but every morning happened the same :(

Stunning accommodation and perfect location. So clean and comfortable. Islam was an amazing host and provided top-class service and service. Breakfast was very enjoyable and my son rated the mint tea as the best he's ever had. Would highly recommend 👌

Absolutely nothing

A clean and nicely decorated riad. The reception staff, especially Islam, was very helpful and kind. . The location is close to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The breakfast was nice but you have to ask for cheese and butter . Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

There is no fridge in the rooms, but you can use the shared fridge in the kitchen when you are able to find stuff to open the kitchen. We needed to buy cold water due to couldn't get the fridge. There is a service problem, the cleaning lady was quite rude—sweeping the floors and raising dust while we were having breakfast.

We had such a lovely time at this beautiful riad! We were warmly welcomed. Islam, the staff guy was kind and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, with charming decor that captured the spirit of Morocco perfectly. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh local ingredients and traditional flavors. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Everything about this riad was gorgeous and wonderfull. The place is absolutely beautifull and after a long day of walking through the Medina it felt like coming home. Islam and everyone was so wonderful and helpful whenever we had questions. Happy to come back here on our next trip to Marrakesh!

Islam was a spectacular host, meeting us from our airport shuttle at the edge of the Medina, and guiding us to the Riad, which was spectacularly appointed. Absolutely a highlight of the trip to stay in this traditional Riad in the heart of the Marrakech Medina.

Very nice rooms with beautiful ceiling and details. Terrace was beautiful, breakfast very tasty.

The host was unhappy we are bringing our own water to the room.. it was evening and we couldn’t find him to buy water from Riad so I was very surprised by this attitude.

Not great communication from staff. Missed out on the printed boarding pass as it arrived after we'd left and breakfast on the last day. Asked about tours but didn't get any replies

Very beautiful and lovely place, centrally located in the Medina. The personnel (Islam) was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Good location, near the Medina but not too noisy. Lovely room and bathroom. Islan and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good communication via whats app prior to arriving. Lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning.

Lovely and very clean rooms, a wonderful roof terrace with amazing views over the rooftops and the Atlas Mountains. Perfect breakfast and a big thank you to the very helpful Ismail who took care of us all with all his heart.

Lovely well kept property with lots of artifacts in the reception area. Comfortable outside lounge area.

The only drawback is the location. You really need a car, however I needed somewhere to rest for a couple of days so it was perfect.

We found this riad, small and beautiful and with best hosteged, And just a walk from Jema El Fnna The hostest were most generous and helped us with everything, whatever we needed I would always want to come back to Islam, his mother, and this beautiful person and woman who was cleaning Sorry, but I have forgotten their names, and that is a shame. Forgive me🙏❤️

The staff, Islam and his mother are very kind and very professional, everything was perfect, clean, pleasant, wonderful. The Riat is wonderful in good location.

The host was very nice and attentive, the riad looked very nice too. Beautiful rooftop terrace.

It was a bit noisy, especially with the children playing in the alley.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Tasneem thanks to the Riad manager, Islam. As two young, solo female travelers during our entire stay, Islam made sure we were accommodated for. Answering questions at any time of day via WhatApp, ensuring our meals aligned with our day activities in the city, and giving us recommendations of how to navigate the Medina & Souks, he was the reason why we had a phenomenal time. He went above and beyond for us, always kind and helpful!!! We would recommend this Riad to anyone because of him. Thank you Islam--we will definitely be booking again when we return. As for the property itself, it is in the city centre and very centrally located. Our room and bathroom was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was excellent with bread, olives, and tea provided promptly. We had our own private bathroom that was outside the room, but enclosed. Beautiful views and quiet facilities. We loved it.

It can get noisy at night as the Riad is located within the city centre and many families live there, which can be expected.

We really enjoyed our traditional Riad in the middle of the souks. We loved the location, beautiful room and wonderful views from the terrasse. Islam was very helpful to organise things for us and was responsive and available. We’ll be back!

Riad is a 10-minute walk from the square, it is very nicely decorated, the view on the roof is perfect and you can have breakfast there.

Staying in Riad Tasneem was a wonderful experience. A beautiful riad away from the busy streets of Marakesh with a great terrace and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was super friendly and flexible. I highly recommend it.
