Perfect location and very good host. We stayed for one night with a family of 4. The room was basic and clean, the location perfect. We had a very nice time with Mustapha

Other guests were very loud, rowdy and unclean, but the host realised that and apologized to us for it, as well as spoke to the other guests about their noise levels.

The location was very central, the road was a little difficult to find but the host, Mustapha was very responsive over WhatsApp and helped us to find our way in. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was extremely attentive, friendly, and took very good care of us.

The bed was a classic Moroccan bed so it was a bit hard, for my soft western bones..

Simple and lovely. A quiet Riad with no frills but a super friendly host. Great breakfast at the time you want. Mustafa was so friendly and would sort out anything you needed. Great value for the cost.

Only bad thing was a bed quality, I just don´t like to sleep in beds that are literally slept through. Whole bed was sloping towards middle.

Staff was super nice and friendly, and was able to help with anything. Location was also very pleasant and riad.

Windows facing only the corridor, not the outside, but this is normal in Morocco so I dont really count it

We felt very good there, it was comfortable and clean. Fast wifi, hot shower

There is no sign on the street with the name of the accommodation. It is not easy to find it. You can call / message the owner, but as in our case, this can be expensive. They use Whatsapp, but we did not have data. We had a room for 4 PAX, it was very small and there was very little space to place our things. In the house there are only two bathrooms - shower and toilet in one room. If you have bad luck, you can spend quite a long time waiting for the toilet. We asked for a taxi to the airport, but we didn´t accept the price 20 EUR. On the street, you can get a taxi cheaper in a minute.

The room was clean and very close to the main square. We could leave our bags in the unlocked room after check-out for free. We had the room on the top floor, which was close to the bathroom and the open-air kitchen (not so clean).

    Nothing, everything was nice!

Mustapha the host was very kind. He responded quickly to my messages. The room at the 3rd floor was comfy, the outdoor bathroom felt like it was our own private one. This Riad accomodated me and my 2 Moroccan friends. The Riad is simple but at a very good location near Jeema El Fna Square.

The staff wasn’t very helpful when we arrived, they didn’t know anything about our booking and the owner came only the next day

I honestly liked this Riad, especially because we were a group of 11 people and we had the whole property. Only problem are the toilets: just 2 for 5 rooms and the one upstairs is not working very well.. good location in the middle of the medina

Traditional beautifully tiled Family operated Riad right in the Medina - requested Taxi to and from the Airport and this was organised for us. Lovely to be greeted after our flight by friendly driver and taken to the Riad and welcomed by Riad family member. Riad also organised our return taxi to the Airport and we again had a friendly driver. Thanks to everyone at TaTam house for making our trip a great time.

The directions to the riad were non existent. Thankfully i had a local friend who called ahead but even he had problems finding it. The sign for the riad could be moved. Google maps also shows it in the wrong place and ehy i couldnt find it the first time (instead look for dar chef restaurant and cooking class) the riad is literally next door to this. I was fine with the standing fan but to be more comfortable some people may like a/c in the rooms as the summer progresses. Marrakesh gets extremely hot and after talking to the owner this is their quiet season because it is a riad without a pool or a/c etc and the rooms become airless at night time.

Communication with the host was easy and quick, meddy was always on hand at the riad or via whatsapp to help with anything and everything. The room was large with a double and single bed, hangers for clothes and a storage wrack and a chair inside. There is also a good fan which was needed for the airless nights. It was very quiet inside the riad despite being just one street away from the main square. The terrace is small but nice and cool in the mornings and evenings (it was 35c in early may) and you can catch the sunset from there. There is a small kitchen with fridge and gas stove.

Like as usually in riads, the walls were paper (you can hear all from other rooms) and warm water wasn't sure.

Location is very good if you want to stay in Medina. Riad is very nice and the host Isabelle amazing! She really take care of guests <3 I recommend this!

The accommodation facilities say that there is a private car park and the price, but they don't have any park or agreement, they told us to look for a public park and gave us one recommendation, we had to find one and negotiate the price with the managers, and there is no guarantee of a place. Is difficult to find the entrance, the guest told us that he will meet with us nearby, we informed the exact time we would arrive but no gest waiting, he only send the location of house and came to door when we are not finding the entrance. In booking said there was a free cot if asked, we asked for it and we didn't get it (actually it seems that didn't fit in any room). The room was a kind of cave, only fit the bed in one corner, 50cm to one side and 100cm to the feet. It had damaged walls. It is not possible to be in the room except to sleep, there is no space for anything. The mattress was not comfortable and had some kind of buttons just like the sofas. The door is on the side of the patio/communal area where there was a lot of noise most of the time. The room key was a padlock like the one you lock your bikes with. We were 3 and they only put one towel. When I asked for another one, he told me to wait 10 minutes. After waiting more than an hour, I asked again about the towel and he told me to wait another 10 minutes. I waited more than an hour again and they didn't bring a towel. It was already late, all of us used the same towel to shower. On the same day we arranged to have breakfast the next day at 8:30. The next morning at that time we were there but the host sent us back to wait "a minute", as there was no space for us, he must have booked 15 people at the same time when there was only table for 10. Even with a baby we had to wait more than half an hour for breakfast time. This accommodation is a desilusion. The host's friendliness seemed to be an attempt to mask the poor quality of the accommodation and his lack of professionalism.

    The location.

This is a hostel, not a hotel. It's great for the price, but not a luxury stay.

I asked for a room for 3 - received a room with 4 beds, a table and 2 chairs. When we stood in the room there was no space for moving. Luggages were on the one spare bed. No hooks for towels/cloths, no any horizontal space except the small table to put anything. No bed light. 2 power sockets in the window. Generally in the room as I said: 4 beds, 2 chairs, a table. Window facing the main corridor. You can hear EVERY noise or discussion. It is very loud because of ceramic tiles on the ground and walls. ALSO: be aware of the heavy smell of the exhaust fumes from mopets from nearby street. It is for pedestrians but used heavily by motorbikes. Bathrooms - downstair bathroom have a LIGHT SWITCH just outside bath. No any curtains, nothing. The upstairs bathroom needs an upgrade. It is very problematic or let's say the truth - impossible to find a place to park a car close to the property. When you need a bed and there is no space under the bridge - go for it! When you are with family or you want a lovely space/ rest time after busy day - avoid, don't even think about it. Conclusion - you have what you paid for.

The location is perfect. Just outside the Jemaa el-Fnaa - the main square. We received one complementary free breakfast. WiFi .
