Great location with a lot of places accessible by foot. Great breakfast everyday. Attentive host who’s very welcoming and available at any time if there’s any issues. Really lovely stay.

Mohammed is an amazing host! He is very friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. He provided us direct information for all the places to visit. The place is well maintained and very clean, breakfast was good. The riad is very close to the old town and most touristy spots are accessible by foot. We will come back if given the chance to travel to Marrakesh again.

Everything was more than excellent. Our host Mohamed was very kind, always available for anything we needed, and we were able to arrange everything with him easily. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Our entire stay at the Riad added a special touch to our time in Marrakech. We will definitely come back again!

Bathroom window in the room downstairs which we got opens towards the inner courtyard, which I did not expect. Also, bathroom is basic and the wooden doors are quite awkward and noisy to open and close...if you're not thin, you might have a problem using the bathroom as the frame is pretty narrow. The towels all had a musty smell and were wet, even when we asked for fresh towels they smelled bad and were wet! Was a bit surprised to see the blow-dryer was in the bathroom and it was covered in condensation and rust...

Breakfast was pretty much the same every day. Was hoping to get something else for not being able to have lactose products but there was nothing else instead. At least everything else was tasty, just wished we had more variety. The local honey was excellent! It's a beautiful riad, nicely decorated, beds were comfy, duvets warm. Close to most things, you can walk everywhere from the riad, the markets, restaurants, touristy places etc. Can use the roof terrace which is nice.

Bathrooms

Breakfast was amazing, Mohamed was a great host, very helpful AND SPEAKS EXCELLENT ENGLISH . The property was a little tired , Bathroom to the twin room was very very small and not in great shape, beds were conforable in twin room. Suite double bed was comfortable but the 2 lower level beds are only really suitable for children very hard mattress meant to be as a sofa area really. roof terrace was a great place to eat breakfast. perfect location for everything. bathroom to suiute was very small and doorway hard to get through , even for a slim person like me !!! OWNERS NEED TO GIVE IT A BIT OF TLC.

Riad Tazzori was the best choice! Marrakech is a really colorful and busy city, the highlight of our days was arriving home to the Riad and enjoying the sun and warm on the roof terrace. When we arrived Mohamed was waiting for us with mint tea. Breakfast was very good every morning, homemade joghurt, fruit, bread, jam, eggs, coffee. The riad itself is very cute only with a few rooms, well equipped. As it is January, we used the AC for heating. Mohamed was always available for us, he helped us organizing trips for camel ride and a one-day trip to Atlas mountains. We also ordered airport transfer, it was good decision as no car can enter the old town.

Beautiful property just a few steps from the sites and souks of the medina. Mohammed was very friendly and helpful. Taxis can’t take you into the streets of the medina so it’s helpful to have the option of the road organising your transport (even if it is a chunk more at €20).

Due to the local climate it is very important to air out the room while you are out sightseeing otherwise there can be a damp humid smell in the room when you return. Also, the hotel is located at the heart of the Medina which is great to access the old part of Marrakech but can be challenging to get to with luggage when first arriving from the airport.

It was beautifully decorated and Mohammed, the owner, takes a lot of care of each of his guests. It is not a big hotel therefore there is a real personal touch to the service.

We felt very welcome and Mohamed was the most pleasant, kind, good humored, helpful, and professional host. As an extra bonus, he made the best mint tea in town (and we had many during our stay in Marrakech). We stayed with our kids in the two floor room, and all loved the coziness of being together in one room yet separated by the staircase.

Nothing I can think of!

It was a beautiful stay in the heart of Medina, very close to Ben Youssef, the souks and the life of local people. Our host, Mohammed really made everything possible with his helpful advice and spot-on tips. The breakfast was simple and nice with good coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The riad had a beautiful relaxing scent. I would totally recommend it to my friends for a very value for money stay.

It was a bit difficult to find. There is no sign outside of the road indicating it's location. Instead, look for XO Riad and it's just a few doors down further. There are no windows in the bathroom or family bedroom to the outside for fresh air. This wasn't really a big problem for us. Large bed was very comfortable!! The kids beds were hard, but they didn't mind.

The hosts were so incredibly kind and hospitable. Even after a miscommunication about arrival time, we were helped and made to feel welcome. The room was spacious for our family of 4. AC worked really well and breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the homemade yogurt! It's a quiet small Riad, only 5 min walk to taxis and 5 min walk to beginning of sites and souks. Would stay here again!!!

Nothing! Be aware that the taxis cannot go directly to the riad. You have to walk ~5mins to the taxi stand.

It’s clean and comfy. We loved the staff and the location. We could walk everywhere from there. The manager and the cleaning lady were super sweet, we could even wash our clothes in the Riad!

The Riad was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was excellent and we were very near the Souks and the main Square. We were really looked after by Mohamed for all our needs and he organised our airport transfers also. The breakfasts on the Terrace were delightful.
