It was a beautiful Riad! Very safe place with security and the host was amazing and very responsive! He was very nice guy and very easy going, we really liked him and the place! Would come back!

Manager ossama was really nice. Good hospitality and responsible. Always ready for any kind of help. Only problem was toilet door was not working properly. Seems hard for ladies to lock.

- one small toilet on the first floor (for 4 rooms aca 8 people) with a barely closing doors - cold and dark room -no rubbish bin at the hostel - one shower on the last floor - 20-30min walk till the center of Medina -can hear other guests who can be noisy ( but it’s not a fault of a hostel)

Stinks of cats and damp.No clean towels arrived at night and a bottle of water would have been nice. No address to give to taxi drivers and asked if I could get a map but nothing forthcoming. No help finding taxis and someone tried to get into my room because no numbers on doors

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech. From the warm welcome from Oussama, the manager, who had exceptional hospitality, every detail was perfect. The Riad’s stunning traditional architecture, serene rooftop, and beautifully decorated rooms created a luxurious and authentic retreat. I can't recommend Riad Tichka enough - the location was perfect, and the Riad was everything you could want. I can't wait to return!

Very bad everything, we were waiting for an hour because another client had taken the keys and they had to make a copy. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. In the room we had no air conditioning, no blankets, no heating being 5 degrees at night. They told us that this was because we had requested a double bed instead of two singles. We had three nights and as we were freezing and due to all the inconveniences we spoke to the owner to cancel the last one, we lost 3 hours arguing with her because she told us that we could cancel the reservation and it was impossible because being without refund for cancellation the accommodation had to do it, we wasted three hours arguing and in the end we were right. She did not apologize or anything. I do not recommend it at all. I have traveled a lot and they have never made me waste so much time. Do not book here!

The only good thing is the location and the guy who gives you the keys and shows you the apartment.
