We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything. The hospitality, the decor, facilities, bed and bed linen, all the nooks and crannies. The view from the roof top terrace was amazing and we were very sad to leave. Absolutely stunning Riad.

DenmarkThis is heaven on Earth if you like Morroccon deco as its best! The host and owner Michel gave us the best service ever. Made us feel so safe, even took us to the main square on the first day. The Riad is stunning, so is Hasnae and Michel the nicest people ever! The breakfast was amazing and served at the rooftop terrasse. The Sun came out and we could see the Atlas Mountains. The breakfast and the service was the best we had at our Morroccon trip. We Stayed In 3 hotels. Thanks to Michel, the best host Ever!

An excellent stay - a home away from home with the friendliest hosts who helped us understand the local area, organised trips and laid on a special birthday meal with some of the most delicious food we had during our weekend in Marrakesh. The riad is beautifully decorated and very clean, and we loved having a delicious breakfast on the lovely roof terrace every day.

NetherlandsOur week had less good weather. The open, public, areas were also cold. Sitting in the room is then less comfortable, especially as the internet does not work when the windows & door are closed.
Friendly, helpful owners and staff. Honesty fridge for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Roof terras is nice to have a meal or chill after a day out. Location is 2 minutes walk from the main square and excellent for seeing all the sights.

United KingdomThe Road was truly beautiful down to every last detail. Staff (especially Mouad) went truly above and beyond. We were so well looked after at any time of the day. Despite being very central the Riad was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Dinner on the roof terrace was a highlight and so was the hammam treatment.

a fantastic Riad with only 6 rooms, furnished with an exceptional taste fantastic location in the middle of Medina, you easily reach all Marrakech within walking distance 3 fantastic people (Mouad, Hneya and Khadija) take care of you and all your needs eating on the private roof top is an incredible experience: certainly the best restaurant in Marrakech, Hneya and Khadija are incredible cooks

SwitzerlandI discussed with Brahim about the room and accomodation: - The photos shared on Booking don't correspond of what are the really dimensions of room - Double room don't let you to have enough space: the bed was positioned on the wall. The persons were obliged "to jump over" in case of need - The 3rd bed was positioned in a place not comfortable, just in front of entrance. - ceiling of wood: I was not comfortable to have such ceiling on my head. I didn't know what could be out from there - Water: it was charged as extra the water served during the breakfast. I was wondering if this is correct but the reception answered the Brahim decided in this way. This was not transparent. - The bathroom drain didn't work: I told to Brahim about this problem and replied that I would have taken out the filter : absolutely unacceptable
