The riad is beautiful and spacious but there are minor things that could be improved (shower/toilet). The service though is absolutely superb - Merieme and staff are the best! They made sure we were comfortable all the time. Breakfast was also always fresh and very good.

Extremely clean. Very attentive staff. Small amenities we really enjoyed - black soap in room, bath robes, mint tea offered when we came back from long day trips. This was our first Riad in Morroco and really set the bar high. Location is amazing as well. 2 minutes away from taxis and just outside the hustle and bustle of the medina to feel like we are close to the action without getting overwhelmed by it

What a find! We couldn't have been happier! From the minute we stepped inside this magnificent, authentic riad, we knew we had found our home in the Fes medina. Our own little oasis, away from the hustle and bustle and heat. It was in the perfect location and our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Merieme and staff made us feel welcome, were responsive, approachable and couldn't do enough for us. We highly recommend this riad! 10/10

From beginning to end an exquisite riad. There were no wishes left open. The rooms we had were one of a kind, like everything else in this place as well. Meriem the manager is doing her job with passion. We felt very welcomed and she was there with super informations and great advice that made our stay in fes very memorable.

Riad Tizwa is a gem! This little pocket of serenity is not only beautiful, it quickly becomes home. The team are excellent & happy to help with anything you need, always with a genuine smile. I love a Moroccan breakfast & at Tizwa the Msemmen is warm with honey, the egg omelettes are perfect & the fruit salad delectable. Take tea on the terrace as the evening call to prayer echoes around town. The room was gorgeous and quiet. The courtyard and salon comfortable for conversation or reading. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful Riad in a convenient location off a Main Street on the edge of the Medina with a lovely owner. She will help you book a day trip, a guide, massages, dinner, and other additional services if you desire. We ran out of time to take advantage of anything more than a day trip to Volubilis and Meknes. The inside courtyard and the room was beautiful decorated with elaborate designs throughout. Our suite was spacious and quiet. If you can’t handle stairs consider something on the ground floor. Our bathroom was located upstairs in our private suite that I found charming with a second toilet just a few steps up which made quick trips easy.

Couldn’t fault it.

We absolutely loved this riad in Fes. It is in the middle of the action, but is so peaceful. The design of the rooms is simple and stylish. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well fitted out. We had our breakfast on the rooftop terrace, which was lovely. The breakfast had more choice than at other riads we have stayed at. Merieme was the font of all knowledge, giving us excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. Other staff were lovely too.

Lovely building. Excellent location. Merieme, the manager, has looked after the property since 2009. She knows all the best guides, all the best restaurants, all the best places to go. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The food at the Riad was very good. Very nice stay. Highly recommended.

This was our favorite place that we stayed during our trip to Morocco! The rooms were spacious with a nice bathtub and hamam products, the manager/staff (Merieme, Ayoub, Mahmoud) were all so helpful and accommodating, the breakfast (which included eggs and fresh yogurt / fruit everyday) was great, there was a nice rooftop where we had our breakfast in the morning, and the riad was centrally located to the marketplace and city gardens! We would highly recommend this place.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had a seamless stay in Fes. They booked everything we needed, breakfast, tours and airport transfers - nothing was off limits. The room was gorgeous, a perfect place to come home to after spending time walking through the medina! We were blown away by their hospitality, cannot recommend highly enough :)

Lovely hotel in the old town. Atmospheric, cozy, clean, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. We were there in winter, but the room was not cold because there were heaters. It’s also nice that, compared to some other riads, there is daylight in the room
