Hamza's attention and hospitality was exceptional. He was very attentive to a couple of issues/questions. He kept me from getting ripped off once, and he was instrumental in making my trip successful by finding me a special guide. I was lucky to have stayed here!

It was not easy to find, the pillows were smelly, the shower head was completely broken, there was no shower curtain, room is quite small. Definitely does not correspond the photos, the space is not well maintained or cared for. The breakfast was very simple.

The location is central, practical and easily accessible. The terrace on the roof was nice. It's a calm and quite place even if located in the central busy area.

There were no facilities mentioned above. It was just and old room with pathetic bathroom and that’s it. The breakfast was disappointing as well. Donot book the place. I donot recommend. The bed and blanket had hair and cleanliness was zero.

    Nothing.

Finding the Riad was very difficult. It is located in a small maze of cul-de-sacs with no signs. Taxi's drop you off at the nearest roundabout but you still have to walk a bit. There's lots of people that 'want' to help you, but it is hard knowing who to trust without spending a lot of money (scams, tourist traps...). The staff were very helpful through whatsapp though, they send someone to find me and guide me to the Riad.

Very friendly staff, clean room with private bathroom. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace and it was good. The Riad is located in a quiet area but near the Jemaa el-Fnaa square.

Rooms certainly far more basic than shown and very dusty. Stuffing coming out of pillows. Hidden away down side street, almost impossible to find without guide.. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper, information about breakfast. No information provided about anything. Upper terrace full of building materials and random furniture. Looks like the riad is undergoing some refurbishment as all woodwork in our room was painted in primer. Handles missing from doors and wardrobe. No curtain on shower, so bathroom gets flooded.

Large room, comfortable bed, constant hot water, good location close to main square, surprisingly quiet, great breakfast. (Breads, pastries, eggs, preserves and coffee) Allowed to drop off bags early and leave them after check-out. Were kindly allowed to rest up before our flight in downstairs area. With some attention, this will be a great place.

It was a little bit confusing trying to find the property using google maps, I think some signs from the souk street and the side street would help locate the property. The owner told me that he’s only recently purchased the property so there’s a lot of improvements he wants to make there. The property is very small and basic so if you prefer luxury or like a lot of decor then it’s probably not for you.

The property is perfectly located within the Medina. It’s located just off a small Souk street that’s leads you straight to Jemaa El Fna within a minute or two walk. To get from the main road to the property only takes around 5 minutes. The street has a number of local food spots and shops to buy most things. Even though it’s located centrally, the Riad is very quiet and peaceful at night so you can get a good nights sleep. Nabil was a lovely caretaker that looked after us at the property, he answered any questions I had and gave me a lot of insight into Moroccan culture and cuisine. The Owner was also very friendly and helped me out in anyway possible.

The breakfast was canceled 2/3 days. The manager offered us a compensation for 1 breakfast. Both days me and the other guests were looking for the staff in charge of breakfast but noone was there (he got sick) and noone told us about it. The communication was not that good.

The location is great and the bed is comfortable. It is also clean, but the room has a mild distinctive smell (probably cigarettes). We were not bothered by it though.

Although I enjoyed the fresh paratha at breakfast, an egg would have been a welcome addition.

Quiet location, with a central courtyard, which small birds would fly through and sing to us at breakfast time. The staff on-site, as well as the Manager at his Medina office during the day, were extremely kind and helpful.

Excellent location we booked our airport transfers & excursions through the owner which made our stay stress free & highly recommend this service as you are picked up from the riad for the excursions. Latifa makes a good breakfast of a morning she is very polite & very accommodating. I would highly recommend this Riad

The room looked nothing like in the pictures, contact with the staff was somehow difficult, despite their best efforts. I was especially disappointed with lack of kitchec, which was included in the description. The rooms smelt VERY bad and we really struggled to get through the 3 nights we stayed in Marrakesh...

Well located and fairly cheap - that's pretty much it...

We paid in good faith to stay here, but we were met and taken to a different Riad in the noisy square. Hamza had had ample time to communicate with us the fact that his Riad was full, but he chose not to, so as not to lose the booking. The result was that our stay was ruined, He offered us breakfast in his Riad, which we went to try, but alas, there we were greeted with cold fried eggs and no milk for the tepid coffee. He also then tried to persuade us again to pay in cash for our two night stay and he would cancel our prior payment by credit card. Obviously we just laughed and refused. Avoid at all cost!

The place seems to be in the process of renovation or has been for quite some time. The room that we had did not match the pictures and should not have been rented out in its current state, especially for the price that was asked. It was overpriced. Lots of things are advertised as included but not available -e.g., washing machine Photos don’t match the actual There is no spare toilet paper Room partly under refurbishment - painting incomplete and internal doors lack handles or latches Toilet flush button jambs The hand soap dispenser looks like it is ready to be binned There is no cover on the quilt Pillows are so old they have stuffing coming out No bath mat No rails or hooks for towels Worst breakfast in Morocco - very plain There is no shower screen or curtain, so water splashes over the floor. The terrace was not able to be used as it had building material stacked in it. The room in the garden was more for admin use.

The location as it was in the Medina itself, we were met outside the Medina and escorted in, friendly host and friend.
