We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced. Unfortunately, during very hot summer days, power cuts can occasionally happen in the area, and we understand how uncomfortable this can be. As a traditional Moroccan Riad, we do not have built-in air conditioning, but we are working on improving comfort for our guests during the hotter months. We are also very sorry to hear about your breakfast experience. The well-being of our guests is always our priority, and we will ensure our team takes the necessary precautions, including the use of masks whenever they are unwell, to avoid any discomfort to our guests.
