From the start of our trip to the end the team at Riad XO did everything they could to ensure our stay was incredible. The Riad is beautiful, with orange blossom in the air as you enter, you are transported into a luxurious sanctuary away from the madness of the medina and every corner is beautifully thought out. There is everything you could need including a pool to cool off in and a spa to experience a traditional Hammam (which I would highly recommend) The real standout of this stay though has to be the team who work there. Every single one of them made our stay perfect. From arranging taxis, greeting us at night, providing an incredible guide to take us through the city, and just being on hand literally 24/7 with any request we had I have truly never experienced service like it. I would come back again and again. They are literally the best.

Hot tub wasn’t working. But someone was working to fix it the day we came away.

The Riad was absolutely beautiful and we loved our room it was so spacious and located right outside the pool. The staff were the highlight of this accommodation! They booked all of our activities and taxis, escorted us to and from taxi pick ups and drop offs and spoke good English. Special shout out to Thierry who looked after us! If you’re after a Riad stay this is the one to stay at!

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad. The chef and Thierry were nice and attentive, just like the rest of the staff! We would highly recommend staying here.

The room were fab, cleaned everyday, the breakfast and lunch were fabulous, the little pool was perfect to cool down and the pool towels provided were great. Staff were so helpful.

The pool was fab but could be cleaned more frequently and if there was potential to make it a bit larger, but it was still good. The lunch is maybe 1-2 euro too expensive per item.

The style, the structure of the building, the facilities, food and of course the accommodating staff.

Can’t think of anything really. Perhaps closer to the Square.

It is a pocket of peace in the middle of a chaotic and bustling city! As you enter you feel just calm, we were travelling with a baby and honestly this is what we needed. Very cool and the interior is beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. The staff was all amazing - just a very wholesome place.

Not much to say here, we didn’t use the pool but it was cold and jacuzzi was not working. Other than that it was really lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely boutique hotel The design is wonderful with all the little staircases leading to multiple sitting rooftop areas. The breakfast is good and the staff extremely helpful. Wonderful to be in the middle of the medina, close to some great restaurants.

It was a like little paradise, I am very impressed from the kindness of staff, everything was super clean, calm.

I liked everything

It’s a stunning Riad, in a great location for accessing everything you’d want to see in Marrakesh. The staff could not have been better; they were absolutely exceptional and provided immaculate service.

Our stay at this Riad was fantastic! The entire place was spotless, and the ambiance was absolutely wonderful. The fresh, pleasant smell throughout the hotel added to the experience. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved the jacuzzi—it was such a relaxing touch! The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we even had the pleasure of being greeted by the chef himself, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s also very baby-friendly, making it an ideal spot for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We went in winter the pool is not heated but we ended up using the jacuzzi which was nice

Excellent location, a 3 minute walk from Medersa Ben Youssef. Wonderful facilities and ambience with pleasant outdoor seating to work or read, lovely rooftop restaurant area and excellent room facilities. Secure entrance and excellent tips for dining etc. The staff were wonderful - incredibly helpful and pleasant.

The location is a little lonely - located on a stretch of road where building is ongoing and which is therefore very quiet at night. This will probably be resolved relatively quickly but for the moment perhaps not the best for solo female travellers walking home after dark.

Beautiful pool Tranquil and calm Friendly staff

It was our first time in Marrakech and we decided to stay in a Riad in the Medina. The Riad xo was absolutely fantastic. The location was the north so slightly quieter but really easy to get everywhere. The quality of the rooms and the grounds were 5 star, it was so tranquil and incredibly beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the introductory talk was really helpful in order for us to navigate Marrakech as first time visitors. They facilitated taxis and also accommodated me who is gluten free at breakfast, following a comment on arrival. The eye for detail was second to none. I would highly recommend the Riad xo.
