The staff were amazing 100 out of 10. Beautiful clean, thankyou Majiid , Nourdiin, Haytam , Brahim, Khalid,Achraf and the 3 Fatima’s and Hanan and Ezzrhva . You were the best !!!

We loved the breakfast and our waiter, Hay Tam, was polite, friendly, kind, and very professional. It was a wonderful stay. Everything was also clean and smelled great. The pool and rooftop were tidy, spotless, and beautifully decorated

The bedroom was big, had air conditioning and was really comfortable.

The “swimming pool” was really small. The bathroom was really small and there was no place to hang the towels.

Yacouta Riad and Spa is a really nice place. The staff was really pleasant, always seeing if we were satisfied and willing to help. About the rooms, they were beautiful and cozy, the AC was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good, but not “splendid”.

While having breakfast bees kept approaching the food and eating the jam, my girlfriend is allergic so it’s even worse in that scenario. On the first day that happened, one member of the staff apologized and moved us downstairs. On the second day, that person wasn’t working and I just had to tough it up and eat with them. The rooms had 0 soundproofing, you could hear everything, for example, we were on the first floor and could hear the microwave shutting on the terrace.

Riad is very good, but the location is not the best.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The riad is very nicely decorated and clean.

The room was very humid, the AC didn’t work properly and it was just blowing air out. The courtyard with the pool is small and it is more of a lobby than a relaxing space. Although it is very clean and nice, there is a lot of flies.

I had a fantastic stay, the atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully authentic, with stunning Moroccan décor throughout. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the spa treatments were absolutely relaxing, just what I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and experience real Moroccan hospitality.

While the breakfast options are good, the serving time is a bit inconvenient for my schedule. Fortunately, the packed breakfasts provided as an alternative are a pleasant compromise.
