We loved the breakfast and our waiter, Hay Tam, was polite, friendly, kind, and very professional. It was a wonderful stay. Everything was also clean and smelled great. The pool and rooftop were tidy, spotless, and beautifully decorated

The “swimming pool” was really small. The bathroom was really small and there was no place to hang the towels.

The bedroom was big, had air conditioning and was really comfortable.

While having breakfast bees kept approaching the food and eating the jam, my girlfriend is allergic so it’s even worse in that scenario. On the first day that happened, one member of the staff apologized and moved us downstairs. On the second day, that person wasn’t working and I just had to tough it up and eat with them. The rooms had 0 soundproofing, you could hear everything, for example, we were on the first floor and could hear the microwave shutting on the terrace.

Yacouta Riad and Spa is a really nice place. The staff was really pleasant, always seeing if we were satisfied and willing to help. About the rooms, they were beautiful and cozy, the AC was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good, but not “splendid”.

I think other guests didn’t have to bang around so much, the traditional locks on the doors made it difficult though but it wasn’t that bad to be honest. The terrace needs more sun beds, could fit at least two more given there are 13 rooms. The small pool on the terrace could also be cleaned more often however that being said, it really was just two people who made it like that in the short time they were there. I am sure if I had said something, the staff would have cleaned it. More coat hangers were needed and potentially a more varied menu. Again though what they did have on the menu was amazing. Lemon chicken tagine was my absolute favourite Overall though a really lovely stay and I would highly recommend

My Wife and I stayed at Yacouta for 3 nights. We thought the property was excellent, it was very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to have breakfast every morning or to just chill out. Hussain the manager was really helpful, giving us advice on what to do etc. All of his staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We both had some treatments in the spa, which was really good too. We liked that the property was a little walk from the main markets and square, which was nice and quiet.

This is a lovely Riad hotel, right in the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The high point was the care and attention offered by Mohammed and Hussain, both exceptional hosts who made our stay wonderful and offered fantastic advice for things to do.
