The breakfast was limited and quite expensive and the cost of our stay was expensive. The staff recommended an overnight desert tour in the Sahara, which was a rip-off (the drive was 8 hours and the minibus only stopped at expensive eating places and the tours had many extras attached).

Everything was good. The staff was excellent and help us coordinate a taxi driver to pick us up very early to take us to airport.

The host took great care of us throughout our stay. He kindly allowed us to check in early at no extra cost, which was very helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage at the property after checkout, making our last day much more convenient. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night, and since there’s no air conditioning, I had to leave the windows open, which didn’t help with the noise. It might be a bit uncomfortable during hot days for some people.

The place has a lot of character and charm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good — close to everything but still feels a bit tucked away.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Our room was spacious and comfy and clean. The location was ideal for being able to walk to lots of places but still being peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and served a beautiful rooftop setting.

We stayed as a family of 4 in April 2025. Large room, very quiet, good shower, excellent WiFi. Nothing was too much trouble for the manager Badar who lives in the Riad and accessible at all times. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. The breakfast at the terrace was excellent quality and excellent value for money. Sitting next to the pool on a hot day was very relaxing. Short walk (5-20 mins) to all major tourist attractions. The Riad organised the transfer from and to the airport very cheaply by the local standards. They offered to organise out of town trips too. However, we were foolish enough to buy a trip from outside the Riad. The trip was not as promised.

In the bedroom on the mezzanine, a curtain is necessary because you cannot darken the room.

It was a 10/10. The guys in charge were so nice and servicial, when we needed something they helped us. They asked if we needed more towels or anything. The property/riad is perfect, it’s so nice, pretty and comfortable. The location of the riad is perfect, in the center of the city. They also answered via message every question we had before we came. This is an exceptional option.

It was an older Riad so do not expect American standards

The location was perfect! It was close to everything but still down a quiet street. The breakfast was super cheap but the best breakfast we had in Morocco. The hospitality was so good.

You can hear everything from the room, so if guests arrive late or people chat in the garden/balconies, you can hear everything. However, this is the case for most riads, so would still definitely recommend!!!
