The location is fantastic, inside the Medina and near to the main square, which has great entertainment at night. The staff were very helpful and carried our suitcase upstairs. The breakfast is very tasty and is inside in the garden with lovely plants and water running...

It was so calm and quiet in the lovely Riad. Just tucked down an alley near the busy markets, it was a beautiful escape from the heat. We dipped in the pool every afternoon. It was a small riad also, which meant it felt really private. Hamza was such a lovely host, he was very helpful. We would stay here again 100%.

Absolutely beautiful stay from start to finish. Staff were extremely helpful and showed us clearly many of the great things to do around Marrakech. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was well equipped and shower had great pressure. I would only consider staying here when I return to Marrakesh.

I had the pleasure of staying in this riad for the past 7 days, and it was truly a magical experience. The riad itself is stunning, authentic, stylish, and filled with that enchanting atmosphere that gives you the true feeling of Marrakech. Everything was just right: from the beautiful decor to the peaceful ambiance. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the lively Jemaa el-Fna square, and equally close to a taxi stand. Ideal for easily exploring the city while having a calm, relaxing place to return to. I’ve stayed in many riads before, but this one truly stands out above the rest. It’s the first riad I know I’ll return to without hesitation, it has undoubtedly become my absolute favorite. What makes this place truly special is the staff. Their genuine hospitality, enthusiasm, and dedication turn this riad into something far more than just a beautiful place to stay. Redouane is a true pillar of the team. He’s helpful, attentive, and always available with a smile. His willingness to assist, answer questions, and offer support made my stay smooth and genuinely enjoyable. Hamza radiates a natural kindness that instantly puts you at ease. His calm, gentle personality and sincere approach make him an essential part of the riad's warm atmosphere. The rest of the team also deserves high praise, they all did a fantastic job. Their energy, care, and positive spirit were truly uplifting, and their contagious cheerfulness brought a smile to my face every single day. Together, they are the secret ingredient that makes this riad so exceptional. Thanks to them, I didn’t just feel welcome, I felt genuinely cared for. I already look forward to coming back. I’ve stayed in several riads in Marrakech, but Riad Zi truly stands out as the best of them all. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed, and the hospitality exceeded all expectations. The entire team was kind and welcoming, but a special thanks goes to Redwan — he was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I will definitely be returning here on my next trip to Marrakech!

Riad Zi was an absoutely fantastic place to stay in Marrakech. Unfortunately our trip was impacted by getting food poisoning prior to arriving here and we spent the majority of the time in the Riad. Redouane was a FANTASTIC host - going out of his way to get us food/water, helping us find pharmacies and checking in on us even once we were back in the UK. It was a really clean and beautiful Riad, tucked away and with friendly staff who greet you on arrival and give you the tips and tricks of how to best enjoy your stay in Marrakech.

There is a bit of a smell throughout the circulation and arrival to the Riad... We had some complications with staff on our day of leaving, which added some chaos to our checkout and getting to our flight on time.

- Breakfasts were lovely but never included fruit, which would have been nice to help cut the carb heavy meal every day. Still very delicious though!! - Shower did not drain well and we got nervous a few times that it would flood the bathroom (NB: We always forgot to mention this to the staff, so this is on us! But, i assume the cleaning staff would notice)

Riad Zi was an incredible landing spot for our first trip to Morocco. Communication from the day of booking to our arrival date was easy, quick, and very clear. The location of the riad is perfect (easily accessible to/from main interesctions, markets, ~20min walk to any major sight, felt safe, etc), but the Riad itself is also so beautiful and well kept. We stayed in the Cabo room, which was very well appointed and included recommendations for restaurants, cafés, spas, etc to refer to. Beyond the building/accomodation itself, we can’t say enough about the staff and, particularly, Redouane. From day 1, he met us on the street to guide us to the Riad and then welcomed us with tea to relax after our journey. He took the time to walk through the map of the medina, gave us advice/tips, and ran through all of the extra excursions/activities we could book. Redouane went above and beyond every day to make us feel like we were visiting family, and we had some good laughs together. You can really tell that he pours his heart into this riad and into the guests that stay there. We travelled around the rest of Morocco for another week after Marrakech, and while still amazing, the service could never match what Redouane had given us for our first 4 days in Country. HIGHLY recommend staying at Riad Zi!

The location is amazing. Its a few steps walk from the entrance, slightly away from the buzz of the tourist spots with a perfect distance walk to the happening places. I highly recommend this place inside the Medina. Redouane, the host, is super helpful and proactive - he went over and beyond with local recommendations for restaurants, hamam, spa, day trips and made sure I got the best experience among all of them. The best part was they understood what I wanted and never tried to oversell. My family and I felt welcome at Riad Zi and I would highly recommend this as a place of stay

the Riad is in a perfect location, close to the main square of Marrakech and one of the best souqs in the city. our room in the first floor overlooking the little pool was spacious and clean, the breakfast served on the terrace a pure delight. Special mention to the employee working the night shift (unfortunately I did not get the name), he was extremely kind and supportive throughout the whole stay.

I travel often to Marrakech, and Riad Zi is one of my go-to riads to stay at. I love the location, the decor is cute and the beds are really comfortable. The manager, Redouane, is super nice and helpful and has become a friend. - 1 point for the breakfast. Needs a little love, but still decent as far as breakfasts in other Riads go. I’ll be back again :)
