Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe hotel is a bit challenging to find, as it is tucked behind the souks. Also the rooms were cute, but there was a big cockroach in mine. The building and facilities are quite old.
The hotel itself is very cute and located right in the middle of the medina. The staff was super nice, and the room was quaint and comfortable.

SloveniaBecause the shower is in the room and the room has no window, there is a lot of humidity. Towels and other things were damp and did not dry in three days.
Clean, comfortable, friendly owner and very good location for a great price. I recommend it.

PolandVery firm beds. At least for our liking. We all woke up a lot as struggled to find the right position 😬 no toilet in the room wasn't ideal, but we knew about it before booking and made a choice.. no regrets☺️
Location was great, right next to the Square. Staff is always present and willing to help, day or night. Felt safe and looked after. Rooftop area is quite cosy with nice view Communal area is welcoming and the whole Riad kept in a rustic, authentic Morrocan style.

United KingdomMore signs in the surrounding alleys to help find it would be helpful. The door couldn’t be locked from the inside, but somewhat alarmingly could theoretically be dead bolted from the outside whilst you were in.
Very central location, but incredibly hard to find. Be sure to ask for the WhatsApp video before arriving (we didn’t), otherwise you’ll never find the place. Host was absolutely lovely, room was basic but fairly clean and good air conditioning. Nice little basic roof terrace, which was very peaceful. Nothing fancy, but for the price we paid it was absolutely fine for people like us.

Moroccothe first issue we ve noticed is the poorly designed space . •beyond the aesthetic aspect the place wasnt taken care of with old furniture and utilities . •the hygiene being yhe biggest downside of the place, the room we were staying in was roaming with roches and had a very noticeable smell of humidity and dirt. * the access to the room was also difficult with very narrow stairs, making it almosy impossible to carry luggage . * The air conditioning didnt work well so we were suffocating in the room, and when we raised the issue with the manager no support nor accommodations were given . * The beds was hard made a lot of noise and wasnt comfortable .

Morocco• The bed made a lot of noise, which made it hard to sleep well. • The bathroom is outside the room, and there was no hot water. • There was no water at the sink in the toilet. • The room is very small, with no ventilation — only an air conditioner. • There was no power outlet near the bed, and only one outlet near the door, which doesn’t even work well for phone charging — this was really inconvenient. • The terrace is very basic and not really a space to relax.
The location is quite confusing, even though it’s close to Jemaa el-Fna square. It’s hard to find on your own, but the host does send helpful videos to guide you. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is clean. However, there are many things that made our stay uncomfortable: • The bed made a lot of noise, which made it hard to sleep well. This riad may be fine for a quick stop, but we feel that some improvements are really needed to make the experience more comfortable.

SpainThe are no private bathrooms in the room. The description in booking is WRONG! They have showers but not WC. You need to go to a different floor of the Riad to get to the WC. (if it is raining you get wet)..Very uncomfortable. The room can not be locked from the inside and the door does not get to the floor. There was sewer smell inside the room, very disgusting. I booked the room 3 months in advance and when we arrived there was only 1 towel for 2 people. We requested another one and the lady told us that she was able to deliver another one the following day.
The host was very nice and kind.

PolandVery beautiful Riad, has everything that you need. Very close to the main square, with a nice shortcut through the shop during the day. it has a cool view from the roof on Jama el fnaa and the mountains as well. Two sisters were very very kind hosts, helping with everything. I really recommend this place.
