The decor was beautifully put together in main lobby area. Rooms are of a good size, large showers and vanity area. The pools are clean. The double beach beds dotted around are a great addition!

Could of had some back ground music playing throughout the day around the pool.

The food was really good the stuff are really smiling and helpful i want to thank one reception guy his name is ALI for his exceptional client experience that he gave me when i didn’t like my room and how he made a big effort to satisfy me and find me a better one Thank u so mush

I feel every thing was amazing i dont like mush the standard rooms i feel the views that they have and the furniture are not really what i expected

It was a perfect place to holiday. The food was excellent with lots of choices in the main buffet style restaurant and the three speciality restaurants. The room was spacious and kept immaculately clean. I enjoyed the fitness classes and in particular the afternoon aqua class which was so much fun. All the staff from the housekeepers to the front of house staff were very helpful and always had a cheerful smile. I really felt I was being treated like Royalty. Most importantly the cool ocean breeze and the fusion of Arabic, Berber and French culture in Agadir made the holiday even more enjoyable.

As an Australian I am spoilt by the fine wines in my country and do enjoy a good wine with dinner. The local red and white wines served by the hotel were a bit rough around the edges, but I was in Morocco so I should not complain too much as all the hotels bars offered a wide selection of spirits, beers and cocktails.

the hotel policy for room reservation minimum 2 & 3 nights . because some times I need this type of all inclusive hotels for one nights as the daily rate is around 400$

NA I loved everything

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and so well taken care of! The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional. Although we didn’t personally partake, the activities around the pool looked great and the pool staff were really friendly and welcoming. Buffet and restaurants were all great, we highly recommend Marrakesh (the Moroccan restaurant). Highlight for us was the traditional Moroccan band who performed on our last night!

Hotel was great, the room was very clean when we arrived at the daily room clean was very good. The minibar was re stocked every two days with water and cans of drinks. We enjoyed the hotel pool, swim up bar and the food and drinks. We would recommend this hotel to anyone we know visiting the Agadir.

We would not change much about the hotel, we would have liked more activities from the entertainment team during the day and it was the same routine each day with the activities.

Nothing against riu palace but i against riu dunas. The security staff didnt allow me to enter the zanzibar restaurant. As its the same company i’ll not come back.

The staff absolutely go above and behond for every guest here! It was an amazing experience. So many choices to dine and eat in, we were spoiled by choice. The rooms are huge! Spotless clean in every area. The young team that encourage all guest to take part in activities are just amazing 👏 Every member of staff have a smile on their face and are so friendly. I'll never forget my stay here and hope to return one day. This complex is so big and just infront of the beach area.

Absolutely nothing!

This was our second time to this resort. Not only did it meet our expectations, but it actually exceeded them. They had refurbished the resort to an even higher standard than it was before, which was an excellent standard as it was, why our return there. The food was to a higher standard, also the entertainment was a better standard. I can not say enough and will be returning again...
