NetherlandsI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I was especially well assisted by Mohammed Meskine and Lamyae, who made my experience even more enjoyable with their kindness and professionalism. The food was good – not an extensive variety, but everything offered was fresh and well prepared. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a place I would stay again.

United KingdomUnfortunately, at arrival there is no water in the room, also no towels, So I called and requested. The pool hours are not suitable for everyone as it opens from 10am to 7pm. I would like to swim early morning due to cool weather. Late check-out is not allowed even though rooms are available, it should be flexible.
Good, clean, and spacious rooms. Basic breakfast. Nice Staff from entering to leaving. I love the sitting area around the pool and at old wooden restaurant bar. Location is not bad.

I had a fantastic stay at Royal Mirage Hotel with my friend. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Security was excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The room and facilities were spotless, and all services were top quality. PortugalHotel: it must have been good on its glorious days (taxi driver told us it was formerly a Sheraton). Now it is decadent, lacking maintainance. Very noisy; music starts at noon and keeps going 'till midnight. Staff: with the only exception of the bags carrier, the staff was generally not very nice. Reception people, though polite, not sympathetic; it was even unpleasant to deal with them. On the eve of our check out I decided to take the bags to the car. I had a guy after me, asking what I was doing and that I was called to the Reception. The receptionist asked me the same questions and reminded me I had a bill to pay (2 expressos) and that it would be convenient to pay it now.
The laggage carrier was very nice and friendly.

United KingdomWe arrived on our motorcycles after a long hot ride. Reception was helpful in changing our booked room to one with a pool view. Younes took our luggage to the room and was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had secure undercover parking for our motorcycles. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean with plenty of recliners and shades. There was a good choice at breakfast. We walked into Fes, but it was too hot to walk back. The taxi was just 16dh.

I want to give a very special thank you to Mohamed Meskine at the reception. His warm welcome, helpful attitude, and deep knowledge about the history of Fes really stood out. He took the time to guide us on how to get to the Old Medina and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, if I could rate him, I’d give 100 out of 10 – that’s how incredible he was! Also a big thanks to his colleague, Mohamed 2, who was just as friendly and professional. Highly recommend Hotel Royal Mirage for anyone visiting Fes. Everything was ok. Spacious rooms and balconies facing the inner courtyard, thus avoiding the noise of the city. Very close to many restaurants and bars. Fabulous breakfast - many varieties to choose from - And yes, the pool is very nice, but unfortunately the opening hours are too limited for hotel guests
