The appartment was very well equiped. Everything was there to the smallest needed ustensil. Very useful coffee machine (expresso). Noise insulation is there and very well performing especially for the location (near to national road with heavy traffic during summer time and late at night). Beds were super comfy. The staff was warmly welcoming and managed to have the facility ready and shiny in few minutes after our arrival. I highly recommend and will certainly return there for my next travel to Alhoceima. The inner parking price is a bit exprensive but you can securely park outside for free.

Great value, exactly like the listing, front desk staff are always kind, very calm at night, we had 3 AC modules in our 2 bedroom apartment which I found really neat, overall easily recommendable and highly enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Insaf. She went out of her way to accommodate and help us at every turn. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the lock up garage for our motorcycle. We highly recommend these apartments and hope that everyone gets to meet Insaf.

On arrival I was greeted at reception. Quick check in and taken to my apartment. In 3 months of travelling around Morocco this was the most comfortable bed I had slept on. The apartment was relatively new had a great washing machine, plenty of hot water with plenty of pressure. Kitchen had plenty of amenities for a short or long term stay. Parking at the door. 24 hour reception. Will stay again if in Al Hoceima.

Excellent value for money everything in lovely condition lovely and clean all felt brand new. Many options on the Tv car parking outside and safe. Highly recommend just a short drive back in to town would be double the price in town centre excellent keep up the good work.

The air conditioning in the apartment and from neighboring units can be heard from the bedroom terrace, making it difficult to sleep if you keep the terrace door open. The location is near a roundabout, but to get to Al Hoceima, you need to take a 4 km U-turn.

The photos are accurate, with an equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. There are two terraces and good air conditioning.

Some neighbors can be noisy and the security guy couldn't help me with that. He said the women making noise at 11pm was very disrespectful and he can't do a thing. That was a bit annoying.

Stuff was very nice and helpful. The parking spots are available and the building is clean and new. The appartment is big enough and has anything you will need. The price value is great.

The apartment was brand new and very clean. All amenities we needed were provided. Check-in was smooth and quick, beds are comfy. The location was good, light traffic, beaches are near and the city is 10-15min away.

Installing a lift may help older guests as the stairs can be a struggle if on 2nd/3rd floor.

Brilliant stay beautiful apartment bedrooms clean and sitting room and sofas lovely strong air con TV with lots of channels and a digital interface with Netflix and other internet based apps. A 20 minute drive from the main Hoceima so will need a car/taxi.
