The stairs were narrow and steep and there is no lift, so not suitable for anyone who is not too mobile.

Lovely Riad in a quieter part of the mediana. The staff were helpful and provided lots of info on things to do in the area.

It was a little bit hard to find, and the mattress on the bed was very hard.

This was a great hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. The room was nice and big, with space to hang clothes, and a big bathroom with a really nice shower.

Having to ring the doorbell each time I returned to the ryad to be allowed in was a little frustrating but OK. The communal areas could be a little more welcoming.

Excellent location in the heart of, or at least very close to, many of the key places to visit whilst still being quiet. Waking up to birdsong instead of busy street noise!

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and a lovely roof terrace. Breakfast each morning was nice with very good coffee. In an old part of the medina but easy to walk everywhere.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. The location is fantastic, close enough to hit the markets yet quiet enough to get a great night's sleep. Beds are very comfortable and rooms/bathrooms a great size. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of it! Very clean too. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

The hotel I believe as a very good bed and breakfast at most definitely does not spa facilities. The spa consisted of a room where you could more than likely receive head and back massage.

Very clean and very friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was warm uncomfortable to use. We received clean towels on a daily basis and the room was cleaned to a very high standard on a daily basis. I would not class the venue or facility as a hotel, but a very very good bed and breakfast. the breakfast consisted of different types of Moroccan bread and there was plenty of breakfast to set you up for the day. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The location is inside the walls of the Medina giving us the opportunity to have a live experience of the local culture and observe how the Moroccans lived within the confinement of the Medina.

The owners were superb!! Very polite, friendly and helpful, they gave us great advice as to where to go and places to see!!! Their ryad is a beautiful place to be, very colourful and traditional, it’s a peaceful way to chill out too!! I highly recommend it!!

Unfortunately the owners seem to have no empathy for their guests and from my experience look to extract as much cash from their guests as possible for the very minimum they can get away with providing. had a fabulous time when away from the Riad; It’s such a shame that my experience was tainted by the poor management and truly offensive attitude of the owners of Riad Amiran.

Riad Amiran could be a calming green oasis within the myriad chaos that is Marrakesh; it almost makes it …when the husband and wife team leave it to their staff to interact with the guests.
