So quiet - a real peaceful haven. We arrived as most of the lunch guests had left. We enjoyed the wine tasting menu on the evening, in front of a beautiful roaring fire - most welcome, as the temperature dips drastically after sunset in January! Great rooms, with hot showers and beautiful smelling toiletries.

    Nothing!

    It’s a beautiful vineyard.

No reception upon arrival. There was no greeting or reception upon arrival, we received an automated message upon booking advising dinner would be served at 8pm. We booked at 6pm so granted it was late booking but we arrived only to find out that dinner was a pre book only service. This would have been beneficial to know beforehand leaving us in a remote location with no dinner. My pregnant partner was not happy! Staff were poorly dressed and rude, lack of communication, breakfast was terrible. Overall one of my worst booking.com experiences and I’ve travelled extensively. Would not go back, did not see value for money what so ever.

The location is in the middle of the field. Good breakfast. Room is comfortable. Nearby village Had Draa is worth to visit

    All fine.

    Property response:

Thank you dear customer, you will always be welcome. Happy new year

    Not much

The breakfast was awful.. It was just a few peices of bread, we had to ask for coffee. We booked a wine pairing dinner, which was terrible. The person just opened and put 5 bottle of wine down. He poured the first glass and we never saw him again.. We were not told anything about the wines etc. When we arrived the reception told us someone would be at rooms to greet us. There was no one in site, and had to search for someone to find out which room was ours. We even had to bring our own luggage, there was no help to be found. Shortly after check in we asked if we could get an extra lounger at the pool. They said no problem, I will have one sent asap. After a few hours we saw an employee and asked the same question. Not a problem I will get you one. I think I asked four times. Still by the time we checked out that lounger was not be seen. We had no sheets or bedding on our extra bed after many attemps we finally got some around 9PM. But still no pillow cases. I am sorry but the service was awful. Would I recommend to a friend.... NO

Tranquil and gorgeous, the best location and service we’ve had so far, lovely meal served on the terrace outside our room, and lovely to overlook vineyards and have a pool, resident camels and donkeys were also very friendly, so try to Gris wine with dinner, we loved it!

    Nothing bad to report

the actual staff were lovely if a little bewildered. our whole visit felt as if they weren't really expecting us.(they were) place was charming wine was delicious pool chairs comfy, peaceful setting Good value

hard to find - zero signage the food just made average an obnoxiously irritating man - not the owner, but hung around with her. I was told by him that I couldn't stay in the room they had put me in as someone else had booked it. 'so why put me in it,?" I asked face pulled, 'i dont know.' he shrugged Im damned sure I didn't! a rapid conversation between him and owner followed, then ' 'okay. you can stay in it" thanks a bunch, i can stay in the room id booked and paid for. the rooms were simple but lovely, comfortable enough and clean if you didn't look on top of things.

Rooms were a good size and comfortable and with nice a traditional seating area.

Small detail in any aspect that summed up to make it a mediocre stay.

The setting is stunning, in a beautiful vineyard and the room was lovely too.

The room was incredibly cold at night so we both slept badly. We also felt that the wine tasting dinner was overpriced as the food was very basic and we were still hungry at the end of the meal.

Sleeping in a vineyard and tasting wines! Spacious rooms and lovely designed (hot) shower. Nice breakfast

Bit remote but very convenient place to stay between Marrakech and Essaouira if you have a car. the outside furniture around the pool needs an upgrade. The wine and food are a quite expensive

Nice room, staff was helpfull and kind, green surroundings, and a good looking pool!

Since our arrival shortly after noon it was a coming and going of diffferent busses and vans with tourists who came there to have lunch in the restaurant at the pool. This meant it was quite crowded and busy until around 5 p.m when the last of them left. Only from that moment it was comfortable to use the pool which is right beside the restaurant area. We also had dinner there for 200 Dhs per person, which was to our experience underwhelming compared to all of our other dinners during our 3 week visit to Morocco. Especially as everything that got served to us were cold salads that seemed to be leftovers from the lunching guests, served with just 2 small brochettes. The chocolate pie as dessert (also leftover) as dessert was good though! The breakfast was alright though.

nice rooms, bed, pillow, pool. wonderful estate. the dinner was also very tasty Moroccan food that combined great with their own wines. would highly recommend to stay here and do a winetasting with dinner or lunch at your stay.

When staying at a vineyard there's a couple of things you take for granted - 1) there's someone available to tell you about where you're staying and what they do (maybe even a little tour) 2) that there are staff that speak English or French 3) that ordering a glass of wine is a simple process. None of this was the case. The rooms were passable (though mine smelt like sewage periodically), the service wasn't good and there was no one who took the time to get us situated and informed about where we were staying. It was all pretty disappointing.

Such a beautiful setting among the vines. The rooms were large, clean and with a lovely terrace. Fantastic pool and super friendly staff and owners. Food was excellent and of course the wine is lovely- try the gris.

The day tours who do lunch sit out beyond the pool so you feel a bit like an uninvited guest at the wedding. A little bit more privacy would be nice but nothing to deter you coming to stay. It's also a little bit tricky without a car so do ask them to arrange taxis for you to get about.
