Im Moment sind wir toxischen Angriffen ausgesetzt. Die Realität ist das Gegenteil: Das Haus ist neu und muss nicht renoviert werden. Der Gipsabdruck ist vollständig erhalten. Die Toiletten sind brandneu und wurden zusammen mit den Badezimmern vor einem Jahr renoviert. Zur Beurteilung schauen Sie sich einfach die Fotos der Zimmer an. Die Beleuchtung ist normal. Die Kabel hängen nicht herunter und sind einfach Standard.

Apparently some customers who meet these physical characteristics forget to check our ability to accommodate them and are embarrassed once they are in their accommodation. Apparently Heide is part of this category. We were unable to grant her request for a refund and of course a vindictive documentary follows. If we were not full we would have upgraded you to a room more likely to suit you. Sorry Heide but we are not entirely directly responsible and if you had taken the time to read the riad's information we would have avoided this experience...

I don't see how the toilet in the room is unhygienic ? It is impossible ! All our bathrooms have been renovated with mosaics for cleanliness and maintenance. The toilets are bleached daily, unless you prohibit maids from entering as some guests sometimes do. The question of the room is to each his own tastes and we respect your opinion, but frankly speaking this twin "Scheherazade" still has its charm even if it does not suit you!... Let's say that the heart has its appreciations that sometimes other people's reason does not understand ! Sorry to have disappointed you... Thank you for your visit.

This kind of review is not usual in our riad even in Ramadan ! More than that all bathrooms are new and rebuilt with "mosaïque" for clear cleanliness and clear up any doubt. The bad reviews came up from these people that stay in the same date and it should be a collusion for some kind of obscure revenge. We are going to try that will not happen again. And it is impossible it could be so dirty or as dirty as they say. We really like for having more information about this disappointing review. Gérard
