Clean and welcoming riad in heart of the Medina. Nice room with good AC. Lovely roof top area for breakfast and evening. Breakfast was very good. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to help with boarding passes (have to be printed in Marrakesh) and an early breakfast.

Only thing is the guide we booked thru the riad, it was awful, the guide took as only from shop to shop preassure us to buy, we paid him 60€ and after 1 hour we wanted to go home but he continued, he even had a certification around his neck so it doesnt mean too much, so stay careful

It's apparent that it's a bit older, but everything worked, so nothing really.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and the location was amazing! Not super luxurious, but the airco worked and the breakfast on the rooftop was very nice, so everything you need for a stay in Marrakech!

The room was quite small but enough for a stay of one night. The location was hard to find, we had to leave the car 10 minutes walking from the hotel and had to find our own parking place as it is not included in the hotel. Luckily we found a nice man who helped us with the luggage otherwise we would have struggled to carry everything and also find our way through the narrow streets

The breakfast was delightful, very yummy and in a beautiful location The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us to find someone to carry our luggage after the checkout

The cleanliness wasn’t quite up to standard, and it would’ve been better if more towels were provided.

The location is excellent, easy to find, close to everything you might need, and situated in a quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was very tasty! They have cameras everywhere which made it feel safer as well.

Great location, very close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa , on the corner you can exchange the money, buy the street food and suveriners. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff. That was excellent choice for our city break. I can truly recommend Riad Saad !

The bathroom could’ve used a deeper clean, but the beds were comfy—and we had an early wake-up call from a very enthusiastic bird around 5 a.m. Overall, a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad. The location was perfect—close to the souks and the main square. The building had that lovely antique feeling, full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and considerate, always ready to help with anything we needed. Since we had a trip planned and couldn’t have breakfast at the Riad, they surprised us with a bag of snacks and water to take with us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Highly recommended!

a nice breakfast served every morning on the terrace (every time bread with butter, cheese and jam as well as orange juice and fried egg), the staff was very warm-hearted and gave us very good local tips. the location was in the centre of the medina, so you could walk everywhere

The Riad is a small boutique hotel situated very close (3min walk) to the main square in Medina (Old Town). The room was very cosy, but it was enough for 2 nights stay. The lamp on the celing made the late night rest a unique, farytale experience. The bathroom could use some small renovation. We didn't try the breakfast as for the first morning we were going for a trip and it was served later (8.15), and for the second morning we got a package of sweets, water and juice to take with us to the airport. An airport taxi was booked through the reception desk and the driver waited for us in the lobby, then guided us to the car (it was 2am). It was a good quality for the price we paid.

No window in the bathroom in our room on the ground floor. It wasn’t a big deal but of course would be better if there was one 🙌🏼

The location was perfect- close to all necessary amenities like restaurants and main sightseeing spots, as well as souks, but safe at the same time. Easy to reach and take a taxi from the main street. The staff was very kind, they gave us many important tips. It was clean and breakfast was good :) They also kept our luggage safe for the whole day after the check out and let us wait on the terrace before our departure which was really nice. I can definitely recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, amazing location, big room and breakfast. The best part is the incredible service - made such a difference as a solo female traveller to have a friendly face at reception who went above and beyond to help me all of my questions! Booked a transfer, helped me with my SIM card and bus to the next location. 10/10 - I’ll definitely be back!

The location is great especially when you want to go outside of Medina. Very short distance to main roads to take bus or taxi. Taha was great person, he was very helpful about my questions. The property offers perfect price performance. Having free breakfast in the terrace was perfect start to day.
