Riad looks exactly like the photos, the staff were superb, we booked the airport pick up and our luggages were taken care of. I would highly recommend the hammam and massage experience, I’m so glad I didn’t book it somewhere in the city. They have their own spa facility, after you get bathrobe and you can relax on rooftop or jump into the pool which is unreal.

Yummy simple breakfast. So peaceful at breakfast time! Room was stunning. Everything was so elegant. Vibe in whole place was magical!

Location was a little far from center. We used taxi most days to get around!

The property was gorgeous! Rooms very spacious and bathrooms clean. The communal pool was great. The staff were exceptional, so helpful at finding places and booking activities. Would recommend and gladly stay here again.

Every corner of this beautiful Riad is to fall in love with. I stayed here for 2 nights and never before have i found a peace so wonderful as in Riad Roxanne. It is so beautifully planned and structured that you will find it hard to find only one favorite spot. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable as well and the breakfast spread is just super amazing. It is away from the hustle n bustle of Marrakech while at the sametime providing close proximity to the main square (10-15min walk). However, i doubt that one will feel like leaving the Riad for anywhere else once you enter :). The pool is simply amazing! Also make sure to chill on the wonderfully decorated terrace!

100% assured, there is nothing here not to like!

First of all, the design of this place is like an oasis from the chaos of the city. Stunning in every direction you look. There are amazing little perches throughout the riad to sit and ponder over your day with the sounds of the birds landing in the trees and the trickling water as your soundscape. It truly is a little haven. The staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and amazing cooks. They were willing to help organise anything we needed. We also met the owner and his family, which made us all the more glad to be supporting such a Riad, as they were very friendly to us. We never experienced the hammam, but Im sure it follows suit. Excellent stay on all fronts and would absolutely recommend Riad Roxanne to anyone looking for a convenient and lovely place to stay.

Riad Roxanne was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay after a long trip into Marrakech. It exceeded all expectations. The breakfasts are delicious and the meals made in-house are exceptional. With a big shout out to the folks keeping the plants in such enviable shape. Wish I could do the same back home.

The place es so beautiful and calm. The breakfast is delicious and the guys just amazing. The service of bags is a preocupation less for us. The space was so good that we come back in our finish travel. Thanks Team, we hope see you again 🦋

Everyone was very acommodating at the hotel. Altough we had to change the room - it was very easy to communicate with the staff and it was changed promptly. The breakfast is delicious and every day slightly different. Best tea and cake

Riad Roxanne was a beautiful place to stay, breakfast was lovely and it is in a great location. The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to cater to our needs; Hamza in particular was exceptional. He helped my mum get around as she suffers from a bad back and made sure our stay was more than we expected. Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and very helpful in every way. Would recommend Riad Roxanne as a tranquil stay in the great hustle and bustle of Marrakesh! Thank you to all the staff x

The breakfast was delicious and location was great, an easy walk to many attractions, souks, and restaurants. We also had dinner at Riad Roxanne and the tagine was so good!

The shower could use some sort of curtain to block the water from getting on the bathroom floor.

It was a beautiful property with a lot of personality. Very old, but maintained.

Most of the staff was more than amazing! Very accommodating and helpful. Willing to go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. It seems there was one or two that were just learning and not as helpful. But the others more than made up for it!

It’s on an extremely noisy street full of kids and motorbikes which made it difficult to sleep.

Location was genius and what a short great walk to the main square taking in the sights and sounds of real Morocco loved it … the place is a real oasis and a great choice. The pool is exceptional everything you would want the breakfast is out is this world served by possibly the best staff I have ever come across in my 50 odd years of travelling. Dinner was quite special we had lamb tagine and I wish I could have it every night. Room was really impressive I felt if i lived in Morocco just from the room. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and a special thanks goes to the driver he was on call and delivered every time.. quite a legend. Thank you all

Love love love this Riad, and I will come again for sure. Amazing welcoming people and beautiful place. After the chaos of Medina, it feels like an oasis.

The whole Medina and the way to Riad looks sketchy. Just keep it in mind if you book inside of medina and be mentally prepared. But this way you experience the Marakesh the most.

Nice riad quite close to the city centre. Good facilities, and the staff were exceptional.

Excellent service, staff very friendly and always helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and were welcomed with tea & cake and invited to relax at the pool. Lovely room with outdoor seating area. Rooftop terrrace is just beautiful. Breakfast was a treat. On day of departure we left our luggage there as our flight was in the evening-exceptional hospitality. Location right in Medina (old town), which allowed us to walk everywhere. Riad Roxanne is a serene oasis in the midst of bustling Marrakesh. We loved it
