I couldn't get the shower to work at a constant temperature - it fluctuated between boiling and cold. It can be noisy outside in the morning.

Straightforward and reasonable budget accommodation. Clean but worn room. Easy to get to by rental car from the airport, plenty of parking available, comfortable room. The restaurant downstairs serves cheap and simple food. I particularly appreciated the staff being available for a very late check-in (midnight).

Worse hotel in my life. Hotel is part of a gas station and doesn’t have an elevator. Room was small and beds were very uncomfortable. Sorry towels and bathroom with no hot water. I ended up not taking a shower and barely able to sleep in my clothes.

The place is a motel located at gas station in (seemingly) industrial part of town along a main road, so expect a lot of noise and nothing around. The staff does not check reservations from booking (probably not much) and was behaving weird after we arrived (however, solved everything we needed).

Person in charge offered us the room we want and solved taxi in early morning (4am) as we wanted. The room was very clean, and upon asking, we got a quieter room (in basement, with a concrete garden).

Floor could have been cleaner, dusty. Only one towel upon arrival for two guests booked. Running toilette, a minor annoyance Butt end of a roll of toilet paper for two guests. But staff did quickly and pleasantly remedy issues upon request- towel and tp.

Air con not working. Water drainage issues in bathroom meant water overspilling on floor at times. Location is slightly out of town. You need a car. No mini fridge in room.

Comfortable room. Modern looking motel. Helpful and friendly staff especially Mohammrd. Good shower pressure with hot water. Good WiFi.

1.Absence of hot water and we are in DECFMBER !! so no shower !!! 2.The TV does not work... 3.street noise at night. 4.Absence of toilet paper... "I recommend asking for all the details before. booking !!!"

The TV was a little dated and I did not make it work. A few yapping dogs.

Again I used the hotel as a staging place for the return of a hired motorbike. The shop was located down town. It had a wash down and fuel up area in the garage and a very well priced cafe and small shop. A DIY store was not far away and it was perfect to load and un load with essential kit for our motorbike adventure. The staff were fantastic and friendly and helpful. We liked it a lot. The price was very good. Taxi into town was 20drm

The air conditioning didn't work - no battery in it's remote but I never asked for any either. The place isn't up to date but considering what you pay for it's actually more than worth it.

Staff were available to answer any questions i had. Customer service from reception team was 100% second to none. Housekeeping were responsive and helpful with anything I asked for. Always greeted at the hotel when coming in and out of the hotel and I also liked the fact that on my first night/and day stay, the reception team on rotational shifts asked me what room I stayed in to verify who I was. I can imagine for some this would make them feel very safe in a hotel.
