The 'Music' next door. First night, thought ~ Well this is a bit 'Exotic' ~ ('Morocco', I thought). 3 days in ~ Nah, this is a bowl of Shite. Screaming nonsense against sleep. Awful. 'Part from that it was a lovely stay.

kept the hot water taps open for 10minutes (suggested from reception) and still no hot water. we had to take cold showers. Bathroom / Bath tube really needs some TLC. Pillow cases were stained, hair from previous guests were everywhere on the sheets. The reception changed the pillowcases for us so that's good.

Location is perfect at the entrance of the old city. Very close walk to the beach. 3 mins walk from private very cheap PortSide Parking. Room was large and bed comfy. Free Wifi works great. Good for a short stay, especially for the price.

The hotel looks old and needs renovation. I was surprised that hot water for the shower is only available by night or in the morning. But anyway it was good for the price

Completely unprepared to provide change for the cash payment on arrival demanded - their initial expectation (later resolved) was on the guest to provide it, and to foot any shortfall. Exchange rate initially proposed (also resolved) was higher than market rate - unheard of, in 2 months of travel here! Non-smoking room had an ashtray in the suite area! Traditional layout means windows face corridors; noise and the smell of incense (provided in the rooms) travels up from other rooms, and even outside. Had issues with the hot/cold water mix constantly changing in the shower on my second morning. A mattress protector would improve the comfort of the bed.

Moved here from another property in a similar price range and I'm so glad I did! Incredible space for a "Single" room, never mind by Moroccan standards! Loved the traditional feel and decoration.

The room was super-wet, literally anything, the blankets the furniture etc etc. There was a bell ringing every couple of minutes and I never ever heard such a weird "Adhan" like there... In general it was noisy and there were some drunken guys arguing not far from the hotel also another drunken guy was begging agressively for money. In general not a save experience after sunset.

Inside hallway rooms are all damp so you'll need to book a front window room. But then there's the problem of the Medina clock bells ringing loudly every 15 mins,all night! Apart from that,good location,right at the entrance to the Medina and 5 min walk from the beach!

From the moment we arrived, I was surprised to find that there was only one receptionist on site — no other staff in sight, which is quite unusual for a hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist handed us our towels and kindly asked us to carry them ourselves to our room on the 4th floor… with no elevator. No help was offered with our luggage, which made the arrival quite exhausting. The problems continued with the lack of hot water in the room. After an hour of waiting and failed attempts to fix it, the same receptionist eventually moved us to another room. Unfortunately, cleanliness was not up to standard either — there were visible stains on the bedsheets, which is always concerning. It might be okay for a one-night stay if you have no other option, but I wouldn’t really recommend this place.

Paid extra for balcony room … there are no balconies at this hotel. Shower nozzle was broken and water was scalding unable to wash in morning. On 4th floor with no elevator.
