The design of this place is stunning everywhere you look. We stayed in the garden room and it was massive and had lots of space. The food was good too.

Loved the peace and quiet, a real haven! We had a day in the desert organised by the hotel which was a great experience. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only negative was lack of choice for vegetarian meals!

This place is amazing. Let's start with the spacious, beautiful, and clean room. You feel you are in a different world. The woodfire place in the bedroom just adds more majic to this place. Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Everything is impeccable. Considering you are at the foot of the Sahara desert... all comfort at your fingertips. Finally, the staff will go the extra mile to accommodate your request/desire. The food was simple but great and local. Woodfire near the pool for a majic evening. You will not be disappointed!

The managements& staff made us very welcome. The restaurant manager is very helpful and we met the hotel owner who is also warm & friendly. This hotel is an oasis within the dusty surrounds of M’Hamid.

Sbai Palace is the perfect place to stay and rest before/after heading out to the desert. The hotel really is like a palace with large, beautiful clean rooms. The pool area was lovely, the chef made extra effort to prepare food that my children enjoyed and, perhaps best of all, was the service - Abdou and his colleagues gave us a warm welcome which was followed up during our stay by some of the best service I have received in a hotel anywhere. I would highly recommend!

Very beautiful property close to Erg Chegaga. There is no other place in M’Hamid that matches the luxury of Sbai Palace. The stay exceeded our expectations and also was a great value. It was pleasant to have a nice cold pool after traveling to the sand dunes. The staff and service were impeccable. The food was delicious. Our room was big, clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely come back the next time we visit M’Hamid!

It looks like an oasis in the desert. A very beautiful palace has been built with small bungalows. Breakfast can be enjoyed next to the pool. The whole complex is simply stunning. Highly recommended!

It was amazing - we each had a ‘bungalow’ - beautifully designed and built - such a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast - all you could eat! Dinner was particularly good, especially the chicken and lemon tagine. The Staff were first class - all took time to talk to us about their culture and the area. Pretty gardens too.

One of my worst experience, the sercive was horrible, i don't want to lose more time so i'm not going the explain. To be honest i though about giving a 1 star revew but i own business too and i don't want to have a big negative impact. Just fired 50% of your staff and hire new ones
