Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOnly off putting thing was pork being served albeit was isolated in the kitchen and clearly marked. Morroco is a Muslim country and it feels odd the kitchen staff had to handle pork. Granted most of the customers are non Muslims but would expect given religious laws it would be ok not to serve pork. As said, it was isolated and clearly marked. Also only served during breakfast.
Lovely combination of cuisines Stone baked pizza was exquisite Something for everyone - Football in the evening, FIFA games for teenagers, pool games at 3pm daily. So much! Kids club during the day for tots is a blessing in disguise for parents. Family friendly Friendly staff. Great hospitality overall.

United KingdomJust the bathroom tiles which looks worn out and will make the rooms look even greater if changed. There was wifi issues.
Customer service is excellent! The staff learn the childrens names and will always say hello to them which is nice. The staff go above and beyond. All the staff at the hotel from the cleanet to the receptionist treats everyone respectfully regardless of race, ethnicity and gender. They work so hard and were brilliant.

IrelandIt would be nice to see more meat options at dinner & lunch but this is a personal dietary preference. There was always a great selection of food & cuisines otherwise.
Stunning property in a lovely quiet location. The staff were absolutely amazing and made this stay one to remember! Particular shout out to Hannah, Happiness, Mohsine & Sam!

United KingdomThere is nothing bad about this hotel - GO!
This hotel is exceptional. I don’t know where to start - the staff, the cleanliness, the food, the facilities - all exceeded my expectations. I happened to be in a Gran Melia in Spain the week before and let me tell you, the Sol Oasis came very close to a 5 star hotel. My sister had her 7 yo twins with her and they were tested like royalty. Shout out to Mohammed, a true asset to this hotel. He went above and beyond to make sure the children had the best time - and they did. There were plenty of activities - kids club and for adults, days and evenings. This hotel goes above and beyond. If you want a guaranteed great stay in Marrakech - look no further!!!

United KingdomThere were a lot of food choices in the main restaurant, and we consistantly arrived when the restaurant opened so expected the hot food to be hot, but it wasn't. That said, the staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly and the service was good.
The hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't stay for the evening entertainment, which we could hear from our room, but it finished at 23.00 each night which we think is fair enough.

United KingdomBedrooms were a bit small but you are unlikely to spend much time in there so not a big problem.
Overall, a great experience and great value for money. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The buffet food was tasty- it was clear that the chefs care about food and make it with care. Great dessert and cakes. The property was beautifully designed. Lots of comfortable seating spaces for you to relax both indoors and outdoors. Pool area has lots of seating. And great selection of activities and entertainment all day long.

SwedenIf I might improve something, it would be the coffee;-) There is good coffee at the bars but the coffee in the dinig hall has too much sugar.
The staff is just exceptional! One always feels that they really value their guests and enjoy what they are doing.

IrelandThe only thing i can stretch my mind to think of was that when we had showers a slight pong would come up through the drain. This was the same in the other hotel we stayed in in Marrakech so I think it's something to do with their irrigation system in Marrakech.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We came from Ireland and I actually thought we had booked a 5 star hotel as it was our honeymoon. I was worried when it was four star that it wouldn't be as special but it just left us wondering how it wasn't five star? It is more beautiful than any of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in in Ireland.

United KingdomPreventing the birds entering the dining area. It’s unhygienic for them to be flying around when there is an open buffet laid up and they are landing on the food tables.
Excellent selection for breakfast. The location of hotel was a bit isolated in a very quiet area. However, they run a regular free bus service into town.

United KingdomNot much negative to say - I liked that it was a quiet location but it took 30 mins to get into city centre.
The staff were amazing - really helpful and hard working. They put on a fantastic New Year’s Eve event which must have taken a huge effort from the whole team. The hotel was beautiful and well laid out. Great options for breakfast. Good selection of drinks for all inclusive resort. We really liked the fire pits by the bar in the evenings and comfy outdoor sofas.

United KingdomThe food despite its variety was very bland for my taste. They just need to provide some spiced sauces to accompany the meals. On our stay most of the cooked meats were to dry for our liking. We had to pepper and salt everything we ate. Our greatest dislike was the amount of alcohol in the drinks. You could hardly taste the alcohol which was very disappointing for an all inclusive. The hotel stops serving drinks at 11:00pm. The pool was very cold with algae on the pool walls - my white tee-shirt was covered with green patches every time i used the pool. Not sure if the pool was chlorinated. Then there was the regular 08:00 - 08:30 am call from the reception asking us if everything was OK. We had to get them to stop after day 3 and unplugged the phone.
The breakfast was great with a very broad range to satisfy everyone's taste. Same with the lunches and evening meals. The location was exclusive and very secluded. The hotel provided shuttle service to Marakesh Medina was very valuable.

United KingdomHave to be really nit-picky to come up with anything negative. It can get chilly at night so take a warm layer or sitting near the fire pits (as we happily chose to most nights) does make your clothes smell very smokey. Lack of English TV channels (mostly News) but we didn’t visit Marrakesh intending to watch Tipping Point.
The hotel is in beautiful grounds, the staff are amongst the friendliest and best you will find anywhere in the world. They are happy to arrange any excursions and there are numerous activities on site all day if you wish. The food was all beautifully prepared and unbelievable value for money. The spa facilities and treatments are amazing value too. We really enjoyed the live singers and music at night - the staff make every effort to ensure you have fun if you are happy to get involved or just watch by the huge fire pits. We both had a very relaxing and enjoyable week in the Moroccan sun away from all the chaos of the main city.

This is a really lovely resort in the middle of nowhere. Truly an Oasis, 30 mins from Marrakech centre & the airport. Lovely, clean spacious family rooms, helpful friendly staff & a brilliant entertainment programme. Also a spa on site which is welcoming and offers a huge range of treatments. Beautifully maintained gardens and red brick low level buildings in keeping with Morroccan architecture. There is something here for everyone.

What an extraordinary resort! I have travelled to Marrakesh alone and this resort made me feel so safe and welcome! The place is absolutely stunning, all staff are absolutely amazing and so welcomed, always checking with you and ensuring everything is ok. From all waitresses, cleaners, reception, the amazing entertainment team, the drivers, and of course the amazing customer satisfaction team with Rachida and Andrea (what a pleasure to meet you both!) All of them go about and beyond to ensure you have the best time! The gardens, the rooms, the pool, all the activities, the bar, restaurant, shows, the spa…everything is 100/100!! There are so many options to accommodate everyone, absolutely amazing atmosphere!! I would definitely come back in future and will recommend this resort if you thinking in travelling to Marrakesh, either alone or with family. I have never meet a group of professionals staff that much dedicated for their customers, absolutely admirable!! Thank you so much for making my trip so amazing!! Xx

United StatesThe entertainment started very late at 21:45. The Voice show, whist a good idea if you had auditioned for good singers, could have been a karaoke night and got more people involved.
Great resort, very clean and well laid out. Buffet was good with local dishes to try, I loved the build your own meal stations. Good sized pool, never felt over crowded and great shade which was very much needed!
