Great hotel in the centre of the medina. Excellent breakfasts with freshly squeezed orange juice. So easy to get into the heart of Essaouira and experience this incredible place.

Great, very fresh, breakfast and they served it also to the roof terrace. Very nice service. Very clean place and the room was big enough, very good shover. The soundproof was quite good but or course you are living in the very inside of medina althought the door of the hotel is in the quiet side alley. Overall very good place, nice and helpfull reception people.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff the food, the location, the rooms they go above and beyond for everyone and more.. I stay here every time I come to Morocco and I dont think I would stay anywhere else.. Thank you so much again for everything and you have the best staff.

Location is perfect. It’s a real Oasis once inside the front door. Received great welcome with mint tea and Moroccan treats. Lovely room. Great Breakfast

Everything about this hotel was just amazing..Only one downfall was the air-conditioning didn't work in my room. They staff member tried to help but unfortunately he couldn't get it working but did wouldn't turn me off.If I was going back to Morocco I'll be definitely staying here again.. It a brilliant location beside everything.

Amazing hotel and staff can't thank them enough for the amazing service they gave..They went above and beyond with everything. They couldn't off been more helpful or friendly..The breakfast omg was unreal every morning They treat you like a queen..

The wow factor as you walked through the front door started it all, the welcome tea whilst checking in was refreshing and the room we chose topped it all👍🏾

Lovely rooms and hotel. Great location is the mendia and easy to find with a sign at the top of the street. Breakfast was great and you had to choice where to have it.

We stayed in Essaouira with our 9-year-old son and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean and comfortable — perfect after a day of exploring the medina and beach. What really stood out was the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay in Essaouira.

The hotel is really well located in the old town - be aware that you have to walk as cars aren’t allowed in the old town. It’s very peaceful inside. The room was nice, if a little small. The breakfast was honestly amazing - the best one of our trip - plentiful and varied. The staff were great and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool on the terrace is smaller than you think but there are more sun loungers than it looks from the photos. All in all a nice place to stay.

We had a top floor room near the pool area. It’s not very soundproof, and there are a lot of windows that let in light at night. Some of the blinds also didn’t work. The window in the toilet leaks water, and the room could be more clean (lots of cobwebs we cleared). There is also a lot of waste from breakfast, this could be smaller

I would say that the only way of improving would be to serve alcohol (as some of the other hotels of this standard do) and have a bar on the roof terrace.

Great location in the old Medina. Staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough. Great roof terrace and plunge pool. A nice clean and modern hotel.
