Clean clean clean, has all what you need. Naima and Karim are very nice host. They gift us a large bottle of cold mineral water which I thought is good gesture.

Air conditioning in the second bedroom is a must, too hot in marakesh

Great property great host from start to finish (switch the gas on under the Hob) Witch was not problem the place was spotlessly clean and real quiet and peaceful, the roof terrace was fabulous and comfortable

It was a little out the way of the city ,, but taxis are very cheap , the location was peaceful and you local people are great as of most Moroccans are , I am British and have been traveling to Morocco for some years now and yes it’s a completely different world out there compared to Uk but a real nice friendly place

It was in a quite neighborhood 25 minutes from historic city center and 40 minutes by bus. It was like a Riad and the host was very friendly.

The mattress was okay but could have been more comfortable.

This amazing accommodation not only was superb, but what made it exceptional was the host. He was extremely available and informative even past providing general information about the accommodations but also provided information to help navigate Morocco for my personal excursion with my daughter but to also help me connect with locals for Business opportunities. I traveled with my daughter, and the 5 being a few minutes out of the city center was very safe. It allowed myself and my daughter to get a feel of how Moroccons live rather than only seeing tourist locations. This 2 bedroom with 2 additional entertainment sitting areas, full kitchen and bathroom with an indoor terrace that felt like I was in a Vienna Cafe and amazing rooftop. what more could I ask for.

I truly didn't have any dislikes. I booked, knowing it would be a 20-25 minute drive to sites i wanted to see, but taxis are very much available and affordable. It is on the 3rd floor, so be able to walk up a few flights of stairs.

I like this accomodation very much , everything was perfect also the communication with the owner was excellent. I definitelly recommended this you will be satisfied

Karim’s place was a beautiful and welcoming home, tastefully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. It had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is peaceful with convenience stores nearby, and the medina is just a short ride away. Karim was very available, proactive, and made sure everything was going smoothly. Naima was also incredibly kind and helpful. There are so many good things to say about this place — we truly felt at home and would happily stay again!

My family and I stayed at Karim’s place during our time in Marrakesh, and it was an amazing experience. First of all, communication with the host, Karim, was top notch. He was always responsive and helpful. The surroundings were friendly and welcoming, and we met so many kind and hospitable people during our stay. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived. The place was beautifully designed with great attention to detail by Karim. It was well furnished, clean, and cozy. A big thanks to Naima, who kept the house spotless! Even my 4 year old felt completely at home, which was surprising because she’s usually a bit hesitant about staying in new places. The location in Massira was perfect, with plenty of shops nearby, making it easy to get whatever we needed. Parking was hassle free, and the area felt very safe. We had no concerns walking around both in the morning and at night. We highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review. If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate! 10/10 experience. We had the most amazing time at Karim’s apartment! The place is everything you wish for: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfect for a family gateway. The roof terraces offer a splendid view of not just Marrakesh but also the mountains at the distance, and it was such a treat to be able to switch off there, drinking coffee and listening to the birds chirping. Great neighbourhood too, with local shops, souks, supermarkets and bus stops just round the corner. Karim is honestly the best host we’ve ever had. Incredibly helpful from day one, very patient and understanding. He will go above and beyond to ensure that his guests have the best time and there are not enough words to thank him for making our stay in Marrakesh so memorable. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable place that feels like home, look no further. A very special ‚thank you’ to his colleague Naima and his neighbour Houcine downstairs. Everything was perfect!

Location is for exploring Marrakesch perfect, close to the airport, Medina and shopping as well. Very spacious appartement, a lovely roof terrace with an amazing view. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Good cafés around, and for 10 cent a cappuccino with a small bottle of water you can't go wrong. Very friendly host, with perfect communication and lots of useful information. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Communication with Karim was always smooth, and his instructions were incredibly helpful. The space is very clean, well-equipped, and retains some charming details of the local culture. The terrace is a particularly pleasant spot to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Very helpful staff - Karim was the best. Easy communication via Whatsapp. Before arrival Karim sent useful suggestions about shops and cafes nearby, taxi prices etc. Spacious apartments, good wifi, clean and comfortable.

Location a little far from the Medina, but easy to park the car on the street next to the apartments or use the taxi app to get a taxi.

Such an amazing place , we had everything we needed and we enjoyed the birds singing . Such a lovely apartment and Karim has been extremely helpful. We will be back soon.

Nothing bad to say

This apartment is perfect for families or group of friends. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of space to chill and relax after all day sightseeing and walking. Nice rooftop terrace with a view, perfect for morning yoga 😊 The owner is more then helpful, he provides us with all the information how to move around, where to shop and eat. Neighbourhood is quite and safe. It's very easy to get to old medina by direct bus or a taxi. We rented a car and park for 40dh for all day close to Koutoubia Mosque. Highly recommend.

Great and very spacious accommodation, 20 minutes by car from the Medina. Parking is available right in front of the house. Karim, the host, goes out of his way to fulfill all requests. Lovely rooftop terrace for relaxing and enjoying the view. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you!

Excellent apartment with a terrace. Upon arrival, the owner gave recommendations about Marrakech sightseeing, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. WiFi worked great. You can easily park your car in front of the apartment.

An absolutely amazing host! He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy during the entire stay. Communication was great: there were clear instructions prior to booking and he responded rapidly to any questions/issues. He was also extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for the area. The apartment was perfect: it had all the necessary amenities and was very well maintained. I 100% recommend this place to anyone staying in the Marrakesh area.

The apartment is very beautiful, the owner is very helpful and pleasant, the location is a bit further away from the center but the neighborhood seems good.

Nice quiet place, spacious home and very cozy pattio and rooftop. Appartment was clean and very attentive stuff and host. Always available to help.

Beds are soft but that is personal. Further no elevator, for people who have health issues. 2nd floor, but its okay. We have 3 smaller children, no problems.

The apartment is exceptional, good location, and the host (Karim) will do everything for You to feel welcome.

The apartment was in a good location and very comfortable with great WiFi provision. The size of the apartment means it would in fact be a lot more value for money for larger parties of 4-6 people as there is plenty of room to accommodate a big group if you needed.

The terrace wasn't set up at first which meant due to other arrangements during our stay we didn't get to take advantage of this facility. This was a real shame as one of the main reasons for booking. It's frustrating when these listings can't just include the tax payment within the rate and you have to have separate money available to pay this. For the cost of the room I believe that could have easily just been included.
